I Bought a dog leash using debit card, tried to return it. I had my receipt , I Was told I can not return for cash ,credit, or even exchange, because i used a card for the purchase. That is absurd! I waited 40 minutes to talk to a manager who never showed up.. The customer service lady was also the lady who checks your bag,, I guess they are too cheap to hire a customer service staff so they make the poor bag check girl do it. also instead of a discount system like Calimax offers, Soriana has a stupid "Point" system were you have to collect points on some purchase and then can exchange them on purchases of only certain products after you collect enough,,, its a very stupid system that is designed to give the "appearance" of savings but hardly anyone goes through the trouble of redeeming the stupid points for a few "participating " products.
