Julia is also a talented photographer in her own right, with a great eye for detail and capturing priceless photos of people and events happening outside of the center spotlight. My husband and I met with many companies and photographers but couldn't find the quality we were looking for until we discovered his work--it felt like art: natural, timeless, and beautifully composed. Charles photographed our engagement session at a local park, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. We received countless compliments on our wedding website and invitations. He was creative, professional, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. He guided us with poses, helped us feel confident, and knew exactly how to capture our best angles. This meant so much to us, especially since my husband and I are usually camera-shy and not comfortable with romantic poses. Before the wedding, Charles met with us to review logistics and shared helpful insights that made the day run seamlessly. Our family loved him and appreciated how efficiently he organized and captured all of our group photos. The results speak for themselves--our wedding pictures look like they came straight out of a professional magazine. When we met the group at The Great Bridal Expo, we were impressed with their portfolio and with how many people were gathered around their booth. We mentioned where our wedding was, and Van grabbed one of their albums to show us exactly what we could look forward to since they had worked a wedding at our venue in the past. He quickly gained my trust with his knowledge of the area. Shortly after attending the Bridal Fair, I contacted Michael's Wedding Group to ask some more questions. Sue responded to my email within hours of sending it! She really is great at communicating with their clients. Although I do love to look at beautiful engagement photos, I didn't want our session to be by that one tree at that one park. I imagined something different and more fun. We originally chose to have our engagement session at The Color Factory, but we weren't able to get tickets to any of the slots. We did, however, manage to snag some tickets for the first week that The Museum of Ice Cream opened in San Francisco. Sue was very patient as we tried to coordinate all of our schedules while we tried to get the super coveted tickets to MOIC. Michael met us at the Museum of Ice Cream and we had the best engagement session I could imagine! It resulted in a lot of awesome pictures, delicious treats, and we felt really comfortable while having our pictures taken at a public place with lots of people watching. Van and Israel were our photographers on our wedding day. I sent them an extensive list of must-have photos before our big day, and they were able to capture everything and more! Van was very efficient and has a great eye. Israel was our second photographer and helped make sure the lighting was just right. My entire bridal party was comfortable with them as they captured special moments throughout the day. Something I really appreciate when it comes to vendors is how real they are. It's nice to talk to vendors who genuinely make a connection as someone who wants the best result for you, and not just someone you're hiring. All of our encounters with the group reflect this- both in person and online. You should be comfortable with everything regarding your wedding. Michael's Wedding Group is easy to talk to, they're very friendly, they know what they're doing, and they are definitely the way to go for your big day!

He showed us some of the samples they had done through out the years and it looked awesome. We did not only wanted someone who can take good photos but also someone that knows the etiquette of our culture. We went with Michael's Wedding Group and requested that Van to be our main photographer on the wedding day. We took our engagement photos a couple months after hiring them and Michael and Sean was our photographer for the shoot. The pictures came out beautifully and we knew that our wedding day was going to be better. Our wedding day consisted of Van and Sean as our main photographers. They were with us the whole time from the early morning to the tea ceremony, the actual ceremony and at the reception. Van was too cool! We was speaking Vietnamese to my family since some of the older folks didn't understand English well. He knew the etiquette of the culture and executed it really well. Sean was also all over the place doing his thing and taking pictures. We received our final photos two months after our wedding day. Sean edited them and they turned out great. The price we paid was reasonable compared to other photographers that my wife and I met with. It's the quality of their work, service and price that makes this a 5 star review. I found Inspired By Studio a little over a year ago (May 2021) through IG and immediately sent in an inquiry about services for my wedding for the following year (May 2022). From the time I sent in the inquiry to when someone responded, it was just under 24 hours. I didn't expect to hear back so fast! My then fiancé and I spoke with Thien and we got along so well during our consultation appointment. He is such a great guy, super down to earth, and easy to get along with! We immediately emailed him back that evening and booked the InspiredBy team for our wedding! No hesitation at all. Since our wedding wasn't happening for some time, we didn't communicate for awhile other than confirming our date and sending back a signed contract and initial payment. Thien remained to be our point of contact throughout the whole thing. Once it got closer to the wedding, he checked in with us often for any wedding planning updates and our photography/videography timelines. The day of the wedding, we had Thien and Dave with us and they made it easy to act natural while they had to get their video shots. Other than the necessary after ceremony posed photos and video shots, we didn't even notice the cameras throughout the night! The whole experience felt easy and non stressful. I would recommend Inspired By Studio for any and all events you may plan in the future, no question about it. From the time I met them to now, they even expanded their team and studio location. I would book them again and again and again! They have great things coming their way!

On the day of the event, before the couple's portraits, Eric spent a few hours scoping out the area for prime photography spots. It was a huge help, because he took into account factors like the angle of the sun and the crowdedness of the area to make sure my husband and I had a great experience.
