The itemised bill I received from the dealership was vague and confusing. I decided to look for a more affordable establishment and one closer to home. But this review is not about the dealership this review is about Adelaide Exclusive Mechanical. I found the staff at AEM to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve was great in handling my enquiry and although I am a lay-man, spoke to me on level, not down to me. Jeff had even worked at (the dealership) for 20 years and was familiar with my type of car. The result is that I've had my issue fixed for less than I was quoted for a diagnosis of the issue. I am very satisfied with the service I received from here and I will do business here again.

I've taken my car into Erindale Automotive many times, and I've always been happy with how quickly they work. Much of the time they've had my repairs and services completed on the same day I've taken the car in, and they call to let you know as soon as it's ready to be picked up. On one occasion, my car was experiencing some particularly bad overheating and I needed a solution immediately. I called up and told them that it was urgent. Though their garage was already almost full, they did me a huge favour and took the car in for immediate repair. Though they were unable to fully rectify the issue, the fact that they were able to make an exception when already quite busy shows real class. I know that in the future I'll be able to count on that dependability if any other car emergencies arise.

Pulse has been good to me for a number of years, and they have been very kind to my unimpressive bank account. Every time something has gone wrong and I have needed new parts etc. They have come in waaaaay under dealer (and other auto repairers) estimates and they have always got the job done super quick. Their speciality used to be vehicle electronics, and it still is, though they are equally as good with all parts of your mechanised transportation module. The other good part is they are located across the road from the Alma, and no, 9:00 in the morning is not to early for a beer! Give them a buzz to book your car in.

Scratched my lightweight Japanese alloys that had recently been re-painted then denied it. Offered to pay to have them re-painted after they realised they had scratched them all.
