She has gone above and beyond for my family when we really needed her and never giving up on finding a treatment plan that works. Dr. Finan is not the type of doctor that just throws medicine at you and call it a day. She really takes into consideration what is causing the issue and is not afraid to try alternative options for treatment.She takes her time explaining everything and really makes sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan before you leave. You realy feel like you have a say and are really part of the desicion. You are a person not just a number in this office!!! I am soo glad we started going to her office!!!!

Every question I tried to ask she cut me off and made some unnecessarily rude comment. After I explained that I was a new patient and that their office had been recommended to me she said with a very nasty attitude, "So what do you want?" She put me on hold and when she came back she said(again with a very nasty attitude) "So go ahead... what do you want?" Really??? This is how you talk to new patients? Any Patients? Needless to say I will not be going to this doctors office and I will make sure that I share my experience with any of my friends and family that are looking for a new doctor.

There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.

I want to start this post off by saying I am so grateful for Cooper for finding my newborn an…read moreappointment with them extremely fast opposed to other healthcare offices after I had given birth. I loved my initial visit with her so much in the office that I changed my toddler's PCM to that office. The staff there are amazing and attentive to my questions and children's needs. I did take off a star because I recently started to have issues with the Dr. Heidi Weinroth that made me pretty uncomfortable. I checked into my appointment & was brought back and told I needed to undress my daughter and get her onto the scale in nothing but a clean diaper. The provider came in and asked me why she wasn't undressed yet and said "Well come on, I need to eat my lunch." & on a separate occasion, my toddler was being seen by her and my toddler was standing next to her while she was talking with me sitting on her computer and she swatted my daughters hand away and told her "Do not touch me." I will say the office staff handled my complaint pretty well and very fast. I was able to change providers and continue getting amazing care.
