And the fact that they have so many vegetables to choose from-green beans, cream corn, butter beans, pickled beets, salad-the list goes on. And their dressing, macaroni and cheese, BBQ, and beef stew, not to mention the roast beef carving station and peach cobbler-hard for me to choose what my favorite really is! The corn dog turned out to be corn dog nuggets, which made it easier for my little to cut up and let the steam release. The fries were super crispy but fluffy in the middle. The candied pecan crusted goat cheese salad was exactly that. It looked like a small cheese ball of goat cheese that had been rolled in the candied pecan mixture, and then deep fried. By the time you open the cheese ball of goat cheese and mix it with the rest of the salad, there's not much texture diversity because the croutons were not crunchy. If in the area, I would definitely return but would try a different salad next time.

One girl on my first visit even pulled out a pad and pen so I could write my order down. Haha! On my first visit, I ordered a blueberry muffin iced latte, and on my second, I tried the chocolate-covered strawberry iced latte (both February specials). They were delightful--full of flavor but not overly sugary, so I could still taste the coffee.
