Nathia went…read moreabove and beyond for David and I -to ensure we had a smooth and successful home-selling experience. This was our first home together, so while we were excited about a new chapter, we were certainly sad to say goodbye. Nathia understood that completely -she was so kind and caring throughout this scary transition. We felt like she treated the sale of our home, as she would the sale of her own home. She was precise and thoughtful with every single detail from the photography and staging of our home to the details she posted in her listing. Her market knowledge was incredible. She helped us make a competitive listing price and made sure we knew how our market was performing so that we were knowledgeable and prepared to accept offers. Nathia's dedication to us as clients was so much more than the actual sale of our home, she proactively researched our new area and spoke with several local realtors with amazing reviews to help us jump-start the process of finding our out-of-state realtor. I mean who does that?! Nathia's ability to treat us more like "friends" than clients speaks volumes about her commitment to building strong relationships with her clients. It's evident that she genuinely cared about David and I, and our experience. We are forever grateful to Nathia. She formed a personal connection with David and I, going beyond the business relationship and making us feel valued and cared for as individuals. Her passion for what she does is undeniable. Her dedication and genuine care for her clients has made a lasting impression on us. She is a 12/10 in our book and we have complete confidence in her and will continue to recommend her to all of our Alabama friends and family. The skinny: Nathia is the greatest realtor in the state of Alabama.

Joel helped us pick out the perfect carpet and promptly took care of the measurements for us. Joyce provided us with the warranty info and scheduled the install. Jamie, David, and their coworker (we feel badly we didn't catch his name) worked hard to make sure our needs were met; they even stuck around to answer some unrelated questions about our new community. The store honestly seemed more like a caring family than a business. We highly recommend them!

When I first contacted them, I spoke with Bryan and I had several questions and he every kindly explained the things I was concerned about. We made an appointment for him to come out and show us the things we had discussed and we went over everything. I wanted to also find fabric that would allow me to make cornice boards as this is something I enjoy doing. We made an appointment to meet with him at the store and he helped us find a fabric we thought would be perfect. During that time he told us that if we wanted to find something else, he actually recommended another fabric shop. This was something that never happened to us in over 50 years. He was more interested in us being completely happy with our windows than selling a piece of fabric. He had found the perfect shades for us and the price was completely reasonable. When they arrived, he called and set up an appointment for the next day to come and install them. The installation was done quickly and very neatly. With each appointment he was so punctual. He genuinely seemed more concern that we were happy with what we were getting than making a sale. There was absolutely no pressure, not ridiculous offers of a discount if we ordered right away, no horrible sales pitches. We met Richard when we were there and there just can't be any two nicer people to work with. There is an assistant to help with the installations when needed, but whoever starts working with you is with you through the whole process which guarantees you that things are going to be done right. This is the only place that we have ever had this happen. All others have separate installers and none have ever done anything to their level of perfection. When we get caught up on all the projects we have going on at our house, we will be calling on them again for more window treatments. You cannot go wrong using Richard Cable Interiors!
