When you plan a DIY-type wedding, even a small one like ours (only 15 people), so much thought goes into all the little details. But, on your wedding day you just want to make memories and live in the moment. You need a photographer you can trust to capture the big, unexpected moments....like when your groom drops you mid-dip during your first dance....and the small, thought-out ones. Lillian and Cooper also have great eyes for natural lighting, which was PERFECT for our outdoorsy wedding, and they indulged our request for a few astrophotography shots after the reception (in 30-degree weather). I loved working with them. They communicated well leading up to our wedding, and they were subtle and sweet while spending the day with my eccentric family members! I went through about ten interviews with photographers who pushed their own agenda and we felt like no one really heard my bridal vision. Sonia is straight to the point and followed us all the way down the isle. She spent endless phone calls making sure we understood her creative vision and what we were looking for as a couple. Sonia has a heart of gold and sees photos as a moment in time where we can relive it everyday. She is passionate about her clients and treats us like parent of her family. She goes above and beyond! I let her know our baby was in the nicu and they recommended cooler temperatures for him the first month since he had a lot of issues the first week of life. She was extremely rude and gave us attitude stating it needs to be 82 degrees and have attitude in her texts with emojis. She was so not empathic whatsoever to our situation of our child coming early and definifely seems she only cares for the paycheck not a client. We were just trying to find someone to take newborn photos, to answer questions, and to be nice. Don't contact her if you want someone nice, you won't get that. We didn't. You don't get customers or returning customers being so cold.

At the last minute he gave us a "deal" for a videographer but wanted the $600 ASAP. He did not show, Joey subcontracted some idiots who didn't speak English or have a translator on site, they didn't show up until the last minute with the wrong song list, the "videographer" was one of the dj's with a digital slr on video mode.. Without a tripod. Soo we listened to music we didn't ask for, had a Spanish speaking host pronounce all of our names wrong, had green and red f'ing disco lights at a historic elegant setting, and produced a video 6-months after our wedding that my 5 year old cousin could have done with a smart phone between his butt cheeks. Our close friend stepped in to host (un-paid), our coordinator basically took over the music, and we asked for a refund on the video since it was shaky, poorly edited (if you can call it that), and didn't include parts of the wedding he said it would include. Almost 2 years later he still hasn't produced a better video or the refund. Just awful. I can't believe this guy stays in business. STAY AWAY FROM J-LIVE ENTERTAINMENT. He'll just keep sweet talking you until you give up and stop bugging him.

I love coming here but I do hate how when I say I'm going wait for pinky the daughter and lady in…read morethe last chair always look at me weird or annoyed and start talking in their language. What they dont know is I was a loyal customer to my last eyebrow lady (7 years)and she butchered my eyebrows then after I went too 3 different ladies and the last lady made my brows so thin which traumatized me until my cousin said to try pinky which I've been going to the past almost 2 years every 2 weeks faithfully. I have also sent 5 different new loyals to them. I feel like everyone has a favorite eyebrow go to so they shouldn't act annoyed because it happens and I'm sure I'm not the only one with a "traumatizing" experience who prefer one better then the other only from past experiences. Yes I've went to the daughter but overall I just feel comfortable with the mom which is no disrespect to them cause as I put I have sent FIVE new people to them one being my sister. Update. Do not leave an honest review and then come bk here because they will retaliate. As I came the daughter right away started talking in their language and mentioned "review" like 5 times all while they were staring at me and giving me dirty looks which NEVER has happened prior to my review. During my service the mom who I did like going to got my nose then ended up messing my eyebrows up and left them so uneven ! After I was done she then gave me a tissue WITH the string she used to thread my eyebrows and was beyond rude and couldn't even hide it. I am NEVER coming bk here again!!!!!!!!
