I came to bring my kids to Mirai Arcade and see what we could win. They have a few rooms with all kinds of claw machines. You have to purchase a game card with credits in order to play the machines, we purchased a $10 card and that gave us 24 credits. With those 24 credits we played about 3 games. The claw machines make you feel like you can win and I did see a few people come out with little plushies. It looks like with the smaller claw machines if you try to grab 2 plushies at once you can atleast leave with one. The actual set up and machines are really nice and brightly lit. Overall it's a cool concept and the ambiance is cool. The only negatives were that the air conditioning wasn't working and they had big fans blowing hot air, with it being 95 degrees outside it was a little uncomfortable. Also in order to play a few machines it can get costly. It was a cool experience but I doubt we'll be back. read more

Came here this afternoon to stay out of the heat; was NOT disappointed. A friend of mine told me this location was a restaurant however now it's a mini arcade. They have claw games honestly as far as the eye can see, and they have dice games with a claw machine, as well as mystery boxes to buy. In my personal opinion this is a little bit more pricey than the other arcades around the Orlando area. For about $25 you can get 80 coins that you can use on any of the games. You get a plastic card that is a tap card that you can use on the claw machine games. I only won one item, and I saved the rest of my points for later. If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it it is in the Waterford Lakes area across from Dave's hot chicken. 10/10 The only downside is their AC is out so they have some fans but the restroom and the rest of the building is not have airflow. read more

Ok this place has a chokehold on me! I went here from a suggestion by a friend on where to find Labubus. They have so many machines with cute small keychain plushies but also ones that you win big prizes such as collectibles, trinkets, cards and posters The staff is always on top of things and are all so friendly! As soon as I win at a machine where I need assistance getting the prize, there's already a staff member ready to help me It's clean. Organized. Such cute prizes. OMG I love this place! So I have been obsessed lately with arcades and clawcades... so when I heard that a brand new clawcade was opening at the Waterford Lakes Town Center I knew I had to make my way across town to check this place out.... and boy it did not disappoint! Located near the Chuck E Cheeses and Crumbl Cookies section of the Town Center...this place had plenty of parking in the surrounding area. Outside of the business they had tons of mystery box figurines out for display. Now...for those folks who don't already know... mystery boxes are like the newest trend and this store not only sells them...but you could also win them from the machines. There were tons of arcade machines from big to small. The machines had tons of quality items in them from plushies to figurines. They also had gashapon machines! During this visit I was able to win big! I really appreciate that they allow you to trade in your prizes that you did not want for stars (their reward redemption system). I plan on saving and accumulating my stars for something big next time. Also, big shout out to the staff for being amazing! read more

Mirai Arcade is located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of places to eat and shop at. It was super easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I have been to other claw machine arcades and this place has room to improve. We went here on a weekday and a good amount of the machines were empty or needed to be refilled with more prizes. Some of the machines were so low on prizes that there would be only one or two items to be able to choose from. On the upside, there were some pretty cool looking prizes and the decor was pretty neat. read more

Well I finally kept my promise to my son and took him in here. I was petrified of the skill level of my 9 year old and the luck of a claw machine. You load a card with points and then spend those points on various machines of chance. BUT everyone here was sooooooo helpful and pleasant, they made SURE my son didn't walk out without anything. He was absolutely thrilled with his prizes and the lights and excitement of the machines reminded me of Las Vegas. This was a lot of fun and I know he is going to want to go back. read more

Pricey but fun. We spent $35 on 125 credits and had about 8 mins of play. Some machines were 7credits and others were 20+ credits. The staff I think is there to give you another chance which is nice. We ended up with three small keychain stuffies. read more

This is fun but don't be fooled the crane machines do not hold on to whatever it is you picked up. You really have to nudge the toy closer to the hole through several crane attempts. If you spend $50 you get 180 credits = $0.27 a credit. Each machine costs at least 8 credits. The fancy gum-ball machines cost 15 credits. If you do the math that is $4.18 for a tiny plastic toy. It is funny but money does go fast. There is also a tiny store with a lot of blind box options. So... go, but know you will blow through a lot of cash quickly. read more

This was our second time and I was extremely disappointed. The first time we came in the staff was extremely friendly, the machines ACTUALLY paid out and when the staff would see someone struggling they'd help them to win the prize. Both kids had walked away with bags full of prizes and extremely happy. This time was much different. Spent $100 on credits to walk away practically empty-handed (one keychain and one blind box in the pic) is wild, not because we couldn't catch the prizes but because once it got to the top, the weight of the prize would cause the claw to release. Caught a prize seven times and seven times it dropped. The credits to play some games was also extremely high compared to our first visit allowing for much less actual play (we were there less than 15 minutes) and many of the machines had prizes too big or heavy for the claw making payout practically impossible which I feel is highly deceptive. I understand running a business to make profit but this was ridiculous. We left feeling very ripped off honestly.Nothing negative against the staff but they simply were not as attentive as before. Not rude, just very indifferent and not as eager to be of help.I will not be back. I do not recommend. read more

Welcome to Waterford Lakes! I'm glad there's finally a crane game location closer to home than the Florida Mall! They have a larger selection of games than their competitors. It's a similar set up though. Get a game card at the front desk, load it up, play the various games, and win cute prizes! They have some pretty cute plushies and keychains! I can definitely see loading up a card and spending a few hours here. They also have different figures and prizes to be won for points! I played some games and walked out with some cute plushies and prizes! The games are pretty easy too. Worth it! read more

This gatcha arcade is the best! The prices are really great, the prizes are fairly easy to win, and there's also a shopping area for small collectibles from Popmart and other kawaii things! Honestly, I get the silly appeal of gambling for random mystery boxes and stuff, but this place is a huge miss. I hate feeling like I got scammed, and this place left me with a sour taste in my mouth even though I ended up winning something at a couple of the machines. First off, the machines themselves are pretty obviously "rigged". The fun of claw machines is that while there is luck involved, you can use skill to still win something regardless of bad draws. But man these machines feel like the claws don't even have the grip strength to hold these tiny little plushies. No matter how perfectly I got the claw centered on the item it would just seemingly let go. Wish I took a video it was almost comedic how often this happened. Another issue is the pricing for the games. You really gotta shell some money out to get a decent amount of attempts on these games, which when considering how crappy these claw machines are is nowhere near a guarantee to get anything. The credit system also cuts into partials; so some machines will require 20.75 credits rather than just 20 flat. This is obviously to nickel and dime you on these super low odds machines and feels pretty predatory for a place that markets to a younger crowd. Overall would not recommend! I've been to other arcade style places that execute way better on the idea and feel fair. The only plus side I can think of is you can just straight up buy some boxes/sets at a solid price but at that point most hobby centric shops will just be a better bet. read more

my husband and i are in town for an expo and decided to check out all the claw machine arcades in the area - mirai was our last stop and "save the best for last" definitely applies here! the staff was SO friendly and accommodating and you could tell they really wanted you to win and have fun. the space was a whole vibe - really cool decor everywhere, super fair machines (the mini claws were my absolute favorite to play) collectibles that any true toy collector would appreciate just even looking at, high quality prizes and a well stocked retail section! highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, unique and super fulfilling activity to do! we won so many prizes and can't wait to bring them home to our daughters. thank you, mirai read more

Had a fun experience! It was easy to purchase a card and I loved the variety in claw machines and sizes of prizes. I loved that the smaller keychain options were easy enough to win. The marble game was not great to play, the prize kept getting stuck and was impossible to move forward, just shifting back and forth. The worker pitied us and tried moving it, but it moved back to the same spot. We watched another family after them waste their entire card trying to get it to move too, and it never did and the employee didn't do anything to fix it. Totally cool idea, and it's awesome that Waterford now has a claw machine arcade similar to Gacha! Pros: -Great location -Awesome aesthetics Cons: -Not all machines had prizes. This could be due to needing a restock or perhaps the machines were newly added, but several were completely empty. -The claws would pick up plush or boxes multiple times, but they'd drop them as soon as they reached the top. It felt like the machines were rigged to grab the item but then let it slip. -Limited variety of plushies -- mostly Hello Kitty types with just a few others. -We spent $35 and only walked out with a pack of small Pokémon cards. I recently visited this shop and found out that the Labubu figure on the left side is a fake. You can see the difference: the details on the face are not as refined, and the material feels cheaper. This place is fun but both the ping pong ball game with kuji prizes, and big plastic ball machine with kuji prizes are very hard to win. We got 360 credits for $100 and didn't win either type of machine. Not even one time. Some of the machines with the kuji prizes are 15-18 credits and you still rarely win them, so it doesn't seem like a great deal. Some machines are easier to win such as the claw machines with keychains or the game with the metal balls, but we didn't like the prizes in those as much. I did like that they had some gatcha machines where you automatically get a prize. Those are a lot of credits too but an overall better deal since you know you will get something. I wish you could just buy the kuji entries or prizes for a fixed price, instead of having to win them in the machine. read more
