Started off great... but ended in my complete embarrassment!…read more My venue had very tall walls and my DREAMM was to have the walls draped almost completely to give it an intimate/elegant feel. Well- they went to measure the venue and were going to drape it as high as possible to cover as much wall as possible. The original thought was that only a few feet of the walls would actually show. When I entered the room on my Wedding day I nearly cried because the walls were draped half way up the wall!! Think about how RIDICULOUS that looks!! The room looked EXTREMELY tacky with the drapes only covering half of the walls and the other half of the walls were the dark grey removable wall color. Because the room was so large there was no way you couldn't notice that. It looked like they ran out of time and left the job mid-way done. I will NEVER forget the feeling of sadness when sitting down looking around at the room. I am near tears thinking of it now, my dream wedding ruined by the half ass job. I cannot believe they would not think to mention this to me or suggest not draping at all if they couldn't go higher than half way. Customer Service was good- but that goes out the window when they didn't deliver. I would never consider this company again nor would I recommend them As a bride you expect a level of service from your vendors which includes common sense and integrity. If they had mentioned this to me, we could have resolved it by removing the drapes or selecting a ballroom with lower walls Thanks for RUINING the entire ambiance of the room

However, other than the look on her face when Cinderella walked in, she didn't divulge her secret to her friends.*** They brought in a red velvet throne and a red carpet ...The party package I purchased included 10 girls (including the birthday girl). they charge $10 per child over the max to cover supplies. i had 2 over and they didn't charge me the extra fee because a few of the girls did not participate in the craft/hairdo/makeup. That was so wonderful of them to be so honest! really who does that? most companies would just collect the money because they could. This says a great deal about the character of this company. Cinderella was sweet, had an amazing singing voice. Knew how to read to the children as if she had worked with small children for years. Cinderella had a helper that came along to do the girls hair, while Cinderella did their makeup and made bracelets and colored with the girls. Each girl received a tiara (the birthday girl got an amazing big tiara!) The party was perfect in every way! This was a dream come true for my little girl. Since she will be in 2nd grade next year...this was probably my last chance for such a magical birthday party. A+ to Red Throne...i wouldn't hesitate using them again for my two baby nephews...they have boy characters available too! a few of my friends booked through them that day for a 15% discount ;) fingers crossed that i could have another princess party next year! my daughter is already planning on having Rapunzel here next year...but I am guessing she will change her mind by then..
