I am totally amazed at the attention to even the smallest details - everything from the beautiful cake, character pinatas and the hand made Moana sailboat (she actually created!) made everything feel so polished and amazing! She completely nailed the Moana theme down. Everyone had rave reviews about the food. Janeth took care of all the catering for the event - cake, desserts, drinks, delicious NY steak, Hawaiian bbq chicken and amazing sides. I'm so thankful that she was able to handle every aspect of the party. She even found a Moana children's entertainer that all the kids and adults truly enjoyed. Choosing Rachelle from Radiant Love Events as our wedding planner was absolutely the best decision…read morewe made during our wedding planning process. When my husband and I got engaged, I was overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin with wedding planning. We discovered Rachelle on Instagram and were immediately drawn to her beautiful designs and aesthetic. From our very first Zoom call, she put us at ease, and her warmth, patience, and genuine kindness made it clear she was the perfect fit for us. Even before we officially booked with Rachelle, she went above and beyond by sharing a curated list of venue recommendations. Throughout the planning process, she consistently provided us with thoughtful guidance and vendor suggestions. Every single vendor she recommended was amazing and easy to work with. As someone who can be extremely indecisive, she helped make all of our decisions much easier. Rachelle was also very conscientious about helping us stay within our budget. She never made us feel pressured to spend more than we were comfortable. One of the most helpful things was her inventory of complimentary wedding items--things like table number signs, a card box, and other beautiful decor pieces we were able to borrow, which not only helped us save money but tied everything together perfectly. On the wedding day, Rachelle was a calming and grounding presence. She ensured everything ran seamlessly and that we were completely free to enjoy the moment. One of the things we appreciated most was how intentional she was about creating space for us as a couple - right after the ceremony, she carved out a quiet moment for us to enjoy some food and just soak it all in together, away from the crowd. It was such a special pause in an otherwise fast-moving day. We received countless compliments not just on how beautiful the wedding was, but on how smoothly and professionally everything was run. Because of Rachelle, my husband and I were able to be fully present, knowing that every detail was in trusted hands. We are so grateful to Rachelle for bringing our vision to life. She's more than just a wedding planner - she's a true professional, a calming presence, and someone who genuinely cares about her couples and their people. There truly aren't enough words to capture how amazing she is. Thanks to Rachelle, we had the BEST. DAY. EVER!

From the moment she responded to our initial "inquiry of services" email to the picture we took together at the end of our wedding, she consistently gave 1000%. Just like many of you who are seeking a wedding planner, we were probably just as clueless. Which colors should we choose? Where can we find a reliable florist? What questions do we need to ask when visiting potential venues? And how on earth do we obtain a wedding license? Rachelle swiftly alleviated the anxiety caused by the uncertainty and confusion. Her unwavering self-assurance and meticulous attention to detail brought a sense of relief from day one. What we came to realize is that, despite all the meticulous planning we undertook before our big day, things still went wrong. With the temperature soaring to 95 degrees, falling behind schedule, and our feet aching, Rachelle and her team came to our rescue. They consistently offered us water bottles and napkins to combat the sweat and heat, proposed schedule adjustments that seamlessly integrated into the day, and even came to the rescue by suggesting we take a moment to relax together, handing us our signature cocktails and serving our hors d'oeuvres. The potential mini panic attack that could have happened was averted due to Rachelle and her team's presence. As valuable as the spreadsheets, recommendations, walk-throughs, and monthly meetings were, what resonated most with us was Rachelle's ability to connect with us on a profound and personal level. Throughout the process, it was more than just business; she took the time to understand us as a couple and as individuals, transcending the role of a mere "wedding vendor" and becoming a true friend. If you're in search of an individual who will guide you meticulously through every step of preparing for your big day, someone who has considered every potential hiccup, a person equipped with limitless solutions for any arising issues, and a calming presence during the most stressful moments, your quest for a wedding planner ends here. You've found it. Once again, Rachelle, our heartfelt gratitude to you! You and your Radiant Love Events team were indispensable to our wedding's success and we will be forever grateful!
