And I say that as someone who has experience with another place that I just love, and wasn't sure how I would fare at a place that was new to me. From the front desk staff, to the manager, to the physical therapists and techs who assisted me the last couple of months, everyone is knowledgeable, and a class act. I get worked out to just the right level to rehab the joints that needed help to assist me in walking right again after numerous falls down steps and falls just on flat areas. I'll be sorry to leave here when my time is up, and hope that insurance gives me the proper amount of visits so I can fully rehab and continue making strides.

A horror show. The rooms are tiny, originally meant for one patient but now they hold two. My…read moreroommate's bed was 1 1/2 feet from mine with only a curtain in between. There was no place for a wheelchair plus two visitors to sit. They put me in a room with an elderly woman who had dementia and was incontinent. She yelled at all hours of the day and night. When I asked to be moved, they had no beds available. This was supposed to be a place for me to rest, recuperate, and rehab after fairly serious surgery and it was a nightmare. The only plus was a decent physical therapy staff and program. Most of the staff seemed overworked and was sullen and unfriendly. I didn't request much, but every request was treated as if it was an imposition and a burden. 90% of the time there was never a real RN around and some of the unsupervised assistants were teenage high school girls. Never again!
