Some are courteous, sometimes the work is exceptional sometimes the pricing is in line with market BUT it is not often that a service company gets high marks in all categories. That is the case here. It isnt often you work with a company who truly makes you feel important. We are remodeling our home and although we feel confident doing a lot ourselves we were not sure about the tub and tile. I called Miracle Method and they came out and gave me a quote. Wow, the price was cheaper then buying a new tub and replacing the tile, plus we wouldn't need to do anything. Both the owners, a husband and wife team were absolutley amazing, kind, and very professional. Keith was the tech who came and did the work, he was very efficient, professional, and kind. This review is on the quality of their service and integrity. Our bath tub cracked and they come out quickly and gave us a fair estimate. We decided to go with them and were scheduled the next day because they had a cancellation and could fit us in sooner than expected. The technician was very organized and friendly. He found severe water damage under the tub and apologetically let us know he could not proceed. They refunded our deposit within hours and didn't even charge us a service fee. He could have easily done the repair and not have told us and we wouldn't have known. I appreciate that he took the time to explain the issues and didn't take advantage of us. We are grateful for their business ethic as this turned out to be a way bigger water damage problem than we anticipated. Thanks to them we can fix the real problem now instead of finding out the hard way. read more

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional! I am a first time home buyer who set up appointment to have measurements of the bathroom taken a few days before I closed on the home. My realtor was 5 mins late letting us into the property and he stormed off while she opened the door without so much as a goodbye or i'll come back at a better time....I understand time is valuable...as a business professional who took time off of work to meet him I understand but this is uncalled for. I had Miracle Method come out to a house that I have on the market for sale this week to give an estimate to have 2 bathrooms and an kitchen countertop redone to give it and updated look to help with resale valve. Janice Powell from the franchise in Hampton Va came out to do the estimate. The day she came out to do the estimate she was very nice and informative explaining the process, warranty and color options etc. I explained the reason why I was wanting this work done and explained my budget and did not want to spend a lot of money. She left and said that she would send me a quote via email the next day. Well the next day came and she called verses email to explain the quote over the phone. The quote was for over 13,000 dollars. She went over the quote and for each individual room and asked what I thought of the price. This is where the one star review comes in! When I told here in my opinion that I thought her quote was very high her attitude change dramatically. I informed her that I had another company give a quote for the same job at less than half the price she gave and that I had researched this and the national average for this job was more inline with the other company she went off stated they the other company was going to just come out and slap some paint on and that they didn't warranty their work and that her company fixes other companies work all the time. She kept on insisting that I tell her the name of the other company and I stated that I wasn't going to do that but she kept on asking. She informed me that the job would take 3 weeks to preform and on the previous phone calls and talking with her at the house it was only a 3 to 4 day job. Since I told her she wouldn't be getting the job she got a crappy attitude with me and said I hope you have a good time selling that house. I would not advise having this company come out and do any quotes for anyone if this is there way of doing business. read more

Terrible new owners !!! Dont use them they came to fix the mess up from the first owner( that was honorable )however they resprayed it and it was a completely different color.The owners would NEVER come out and see it for themselves so I had to send pictures . I can supply them to you if you would like to see them . So I sent them the pictures and they admitted it was not the same color so they resent the guy out again who btw is very nice, and a great guy ;however they did not send him with the right color but luckily HE was smart enough to bring what he thought was the correct colors ,it was pretty close to matching the tub ...was pretty happy until I saw the enamel paint spray on my door and floors, also the faucet was all scratched, the paint pulled off the wall where he taped the paper to cover things. I called the office gave them a chance to respond and make it right but they never did.So here we are save your money and do it the right way and don't use them!!Save your money and get real stone ,or granite don't spray it on looks cheap and customer service is terrible!! Trust me have spent at least 20 hours calling ,messages, having them come to spray etc. etc... Hope this helps with someone would have warned me !!! read more
