The body shop (not PS) could only replace it in its original color of magnetic grey which did not match the teal wrap I had from the time I'd driven it home new from the dealership. Perfect Shade gave me a choice of colors from which I chose one that appealed to me. It looked a little odd but that was how I liked it. Second visit was when the original wrap needed replacing after 6 years. Again I got to pick a color that appealed to me which looked just like the original wrap. They had a hard time getting old wrap off of the roof and worked late to get it done before my rental went into its fourth day. It still looks a little odd with the dichromate bumper but I still like it that way. Now my six year old Prius looks brand new again. The people are so nice and friendly you just could not ask for more.

I told him what I needed my two front windows tinted and he quoted me a very fair price and said he could get me in the next day and it would take one hour. I showed up on time the next day and walked into a nice reception area and they immediately took me back into the work area, which was very clean, to show me the tint choices. I settled on my choice and 50 minutes later I was out the door. The tint looks great and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I don't remember the names of staff members that I met but they were all very courteous and professional. I will definitely bring my other vehicles here to get tinted. You can tell these folks care about their business and they care about their reputation. Even though I don't anticipate any work with the tinting job they made sure I knew that if I have any problems at all, I just have to give them a call and they would make it right. Don't know about tint or clear film for the body installs, this review is only for my experience in…read morethe last three weeks with getting clear film installed on the front windshield. Friendly people, if you can get ahold of someone BUT I would not get a clear film protection installed on the windshield. They don't have the correct film, maybe it's the same file they use for the body - even the guy taking off the film said they don't have the correct film for the windshield. It's like looking through beer goggles while driving. Found this place on Google with top reviews, which now I'm surprised. My mom just bought a brand new Toyota and I wanted her to get the file on the windshield because of all the rocks in CO. She already had the body film protection installed from factory. Well, she called and scheduled and they said she can to wait for the car in their "new waiting room" - it will take about two to three hours. She was there probably 20 minutes and it was done She called me and said it was really blurry and the whole windshield wasn't covered only the middle part I called a few friends/places and they said depending on the temperature it might take a few days to two weeks to settle and look good. Three weeks later (I was out of state) and I finally test drove the car - it's horrible, I actually got a headache after driving for about ten minutes. I'm amazed at how bad it was and that they actually let someone drive like that for safety concerns. Not to mention an older lady. Scheduled an appointment yesterday to come in today and fix it. Well, she gets there today and the guy that was there didn't know anything about the appointment. He said even if he reinstalled the clear film, it would be the same as they don't have the correct film for the windshield. ‍‍ So he just pulled the film off and said to call Ernest for a refund. I will update this review and add a couple stars when the owner, Ernest finally calls me back and sends a refund and makes this right. Not much to say, just a bunch of wasted time on the phone and in person at this point. Update 10/19/25 The owner did call back apologized, offered a refund and to redo the windshield when the new roll of film comes in with their mobile service. Appreciate owners like this actually caring about the customers, the business reputation and owning up to what happened.

Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. Today I needed a similar printing done and returned, expecting the same level of professionalism. The only employee working was a young guy to whom I explained what I needed and my previous visit. He said that I needed to come back at 5pm--their closing time--as he was the only employee working. He then said he would (grudgingly) assist with the 3 minute task, but not for less than $35 (!!!). When I told him of what I was charged previously for the same thing, he said that was wrong; so basically saying I'm lying while simultaneously lying about the cost himself. He also claimed to be the "manager", which is hard to believe, unless he's related to the owner-- but obviously not hired on merit. I went to the UPS store further down, and had a friendly 3 minute interaction with their pleasant professional clerk. I was charged $2.80. I wish I had gotten the name of the previous helpful employee to specifically recommend (only) her. If you need printing services, maybe check out the staffing on that day by calling ahead, but for other services, maybe see if the UPS store can assist you better. The disparity between the level of customer service of the two encounters is really a shame. It only takes one smug, dishonest worker to ruin a great first impression.
