She is so friendly, walks you through every step & her hands are so gentle! She uses both hard wax & soft wax!! She has music playing to help you relax & has an overall girly aesthetic . Shes located inside the Sola Salons. Her location was a bit tricky to find at first but once inside think of the hallways as making an H shape -- there are 2 hallways on each side with a smaller hallway connecting them across the middle. She located in the middle :) Definitely recommend booking an appointment.

I agree with all the incredible reviews guys have written because I am now an addicted customer and now I completely understand why. The space itself is clean, cozy, soo beautiful, calming, and so thoughtfully set up. The experience? Even better. The moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.

Lillian was professional and made sure to explain everything before starting. She checked in with me throughout the service, which I appreciated because it made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating (it was my first wax). (Brazilian and full leg service) I also liked how thorough she was. She didn't rush and made sure everything was done properly. Aftercare instructions were clearly explained, which is always a plus.

I got lucky when I went in, the other girl said I was next to get my massage, she was just finishing up another client. So I just poked around at their products. The area is cozy, not spacious like your average Massage Envy but definitely not lacking. They have a lot of essential oils that are used in aromatherapy. I'm honestly not one for aromatherapy, BUT when showed how to include the oils into my diet, I started to incorporate the oils into my life. They served this Chinese medicine type of tea. NOT your average Oolong/green tea, it brought me back to my mother's medicine cabinet of herbal medicine. I didn't mind it, but it was unexpected. They had soft music playing but I didn't pay too much attention to it. For facial, I saw that they used Magnolia Orchid products. I actually bought their products for gifts and used their masks. I didn't get a facial today because I have a certain girl that I go to. The massage customer before me came out, and he looked pretty pleased with his massage. Heard him saying to his other friend, if you don't want it, let me have your massage instead. He wasn't some small, weak looking thing either. Then my turn!! Turns out I found the massage therapist that left my previous massage spot. Since her, I haven't found the best massage ever. If you're looking for the REAL Chinese massage, Sally is your girl. Her scalp and upper back massage are BOMB. She always asked if I want her to scratch out/crack my back. It's the relief I've been looking for since July. She's a tiny looking girl, but man those hands and elbows!! If you're used to Swedish style massages, I wouldn't recommend this place. But if you're looking to get rid of knots and tension build up, this is your place. The prices are listed in the store but it's all in Chinese for now. English menu will be produced later. My one hour massage was to be $68 but I paid $38 for today for first time customers. Even though she remembered me, haha. Definitely coming back when they have a massage package up.

The massage was very thorough and I was extremely pleased with my session. A few days have already passed and I'm still feeling great from it! Another thing of note, was the atmosphere of the spa. While not extremely large, the ambiance was spot on. From when I stepped in, till the massage, up to when I left, I felt relaxed, calm and at ease.
