This florist works with Avas Flowers, an online florist. They say they don't see pictures of what Avas offers, but that Avas sends a "recipe". I paid $100 to have a beautiful bouquet with 4 roses and a dozen baby roses along with bright carnations. Miracle flowers sent a "bouquet " with three roses, no baby roses, no carnations, half dead daisies and some purple filler that looked like they pulled it out of their trash and delivered it. This place doesn't deserve a one star. My wife received flowers for her birthday from my son which he ordered through (1 800 Flowers). They were DEAD! The water was gross and the whole arrangement should have been dumped long before it got to our door! We called 1800 Flowers and complained and they were kind enough to reimburse my son. BE VERY CAREFUL when using online florists. My son has tried twice to order flowers from Rocklin Florist and the scam is that Miracle Florist posts an ad for Mothers Day specials that appears to be Rocklin Florist. The flowers that are pictured in the ad are gorgeous. What you receive are scant amounts of wilting flowers that last less than 12 hours. Grocery store flowers are a third of the costs $30, and three times the amount. The flowers are usually daisies with one bunch of babies breath and one or two wilted roses. Don't try to call and complain they either don't answer or hang up on you!!! THIS IS A SCAM !!!! I got an arrangement that cost over $70 through 1-800 Flowers, the quality was so low that I contacted 1-800 Flowers, they had a new arrangement sent and gave me a $20 credit which was very kind. However the repeat flower arrangement is basically the same as the first one, just slightly less disappointing. All the flowers are cut at the same length. Do not order from this place. Zero stars. This is the second time a relative has been ripped off by this florist. Most recent pathetic handful of flowers was ordered by my son for Mother's Day this weekend and he did not order them direct. He never would have selected this place. What I received was a 4.99 Trader Joes bouquet in a dollar store vase that was nearly empty of water. The delivery person literally dropped it off and ran, what an embarrassment. Now I have a choice - make my son feel really bad that he sent me something this terrible and have him go through getting a refund, etc., or go to the location myself and make them give me a decent bouquet. Which is what I had to do last time, when a sister sent my mom a bouquet of flowers and half of them were dead and literally in dirty water. A friend sent me flowers through 1800Flowers, and Miracle Flowers was the florist contracted to create and deliver the arrangement. Like others have stated in their reviews, the flowers delivered were an embarrassment. It literally looks like they went to the grocery store, bought a $10 bouquet, put them in a vase, and delivered them to my door. That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't know that my friend spent a substantial amount of money to have flowers delivered to me. I was embarrassed for her to have spent so much money on a flower arrangement that looked like a store-bought bouquet. Regardless, I sent her a picture of my flowers to thank her and she noticed the problem too. She and I both contacted 1800Flowers, and they sent a new arrangement l...from the same florist. The new arrangement looks similar to the first one that was delivered, but in a taller vase. I had also emailed Miracle Flowers about the issue and asked what they would do to resolve it, and never received a reply.
