TERRIBLE FLOWERS! Received Mother's Day flowers today, ordered through 1-800 Flowers, they arrived with MOLDY dead flowers, and a few half dead roses. The water was cloudy, and smelled bad. "Trash", "Garbage", and "Deceptive" are the best ways to describe this disgusting business! Review after review after review after review, including all the pictures, are nearly identical; poor floral arrangements that look like they were put together by a five year-old and flowers that look nothing like the pictures that they are supposed to represent. My mom's cat passed away the week of Valentine's Day, and I called around for HOURS to find a place that wasn't $90+ for a bouquet, and for one that could remove flowers that are toxic to cats. This was the ONLY place that was willing to modify the bouquet to make it pet safe, realistically priced (about $40 including delivery), and they were knowledgeable about the flowers that are not pet safe! Like everyone else, if I could give them a 0 instead of a 1 I would. If you actually cared about your love ones or your money you would not use these guys. The only miracle about their business is that they're still in business. I had ordered sympathy flowers for a friend who just lost someone, and I wanted them delivered same day as they advertised. They delivered close to midnight after promising delivery's would be done by 6. I paid extra money to get more flowers and filling, and with shipping and everything it was 120 bucks. They delivered flowers that look nothing like I ordered. I could have went to a grocery store, drove to Folsom and back, and still would have only spent 30 bucks. After calling like 6 times , they actually picked up and the guy who picked up was very rude and short. I wanted to confirm delivery would be on time and that they were the flowers I ordered - I mentioned their negative reputation. He was very dismissive. These guys prey on everyone and don't even attempt to make your flowers look like anything you ordered. They are terrible with communication. I emailed them and they have yet to respond. My loved ones had this delivered to my home today, and it was a very nice delivery and came in immaculate condition. I don't know the price but I'm sure it was a "nice" one, considering delivery fees and all. Cause this arrangement came from Folsom, and I live in South Sac! 26 miles, to be exact! The Mickey hat is pinned on pretty good, doesn't come off or is loose, and the puppy made of flowers is put together very well! No flowers coming apart or anything. I am very HAPPY! Delivery is a 5/5 arrived way before the 3pm quote Floral arrangement is a 1/5 for value and design will give a star for the pink color itself and that's generous My boyfriend got "artist design- pleasing pinks" so we have no reference picture but whoever the Artist was needs another job. Like other reviews some of the leaves were dry, HALF the "flowers"' were carnation buds and the stem that held them didn't have 1 flower about to bud they used it as "filler" and when I tried to fix it you can tell that they just picked the flowers and fillers cut the end straight across and put it in the vase. Maybe they should have put the arrangement in a vase that didn't have such a wide mouth so that it didn't look so empty and sprawled out. But at the end of the day that's not my job! Maybe the grunt of dissatisfaction should be towards Ava flowers but how can you design something knowing that your product can make someone smile and make their day but then do a subpar job and let it be delivered like that? Half of the flowers were wilted and the leaves on the stems were dry and brittle. The arrangement was very unattractive. Another one star review. My wife's son ordered birthday flowers for her from out of state and unfortunately they came from this scam of a business. They were delivered two days late with no explanation and came in a Disney mug with a red lid. My wife figured out that the lid was a way to include a bare minimum of flowers (mostly cheap carnations). The photo of flowers in a glass vase is the $100. arrangement she was supposed to receive. I went to the Bidwell address and found a false storefront with no evidence that any business existed there much less a florist. The flowers that I received from my son for Mother's Day were pathetic! They were wilted with yellow leaves and basically dead. The two snap dragons were completely bent over and the filler looked like it was just picked from a nearby bush.
