I feel horrible for putting my daughter through a year of not feeling 100% and not knowing about Dr. Burton sooner. We have seen Dr. Burton at every visit. There is very little wait when we go. She talks to the patient when asking how they feel. She explains to parents how the kids should feel 100%, not a constant 80%. My daughter required surgery and from scheduling it to it taking place, it was seamless. Dr. Burton came and spoke to me while my child was in recovery to explain everything that happened during the procedure and next steps. She is very straight forward which is great. It allows me to be the parent b/c she tells you exactly what you need to do to get your child better.

Just that something is blocking his little voice box creating a wheezing sound. When trying to find parking - do not be alarmed ! You can park in the CHOA parking deck. It's the first building you walk up to directly across the street from the hospital and I might add very convenient location! When inside- it can be very confusing. There are like 2/3 lobbies. They have you come back then go back to one of the lobbies. The doctor was very nice however she didn't introduce herself, in fact I wasn't even sure if she was a doctor or PA. She just asked why we were there. She did explain what strider was, explain what they were looking and hoping to see, and then next steps. They stuck a camera down my 7 month olds nose. It was less than 30 seconds but understand that I as an adult wouldn't want a camera down my nose ! Oh gosh. It was a lot because it looked huge. The treatment plan was great. His was a mild case and would clear up as he grew older. We were able to move on with our lives and call it a day. It felt like an overpacked clinic for people with state insurance. But I was treated fairly so I will leave it at that. Due to location and service received - I would most likely go again if needed but know that I will be looking around with my judgemental eyes

At 3:00pm I was taken to an examination room and told I would be seeing two doctors; Dr. Eric Weinman who would examine my ears and Dr. Ericka Pegler-Tucker who would administer my hearing test. Dr. Weinman examined my ears and told me I had wax in both ears and would need to have the wax removed before my hearing test could be done. Dr. Weinman took me to another examination room and completed my wax removal from my hears in about 5-10 minutes. I was then told I would have my hearing test shortly. The receptionist or a staff person came in to the examining room and proceeded to tell me because it took time to do the wax removal, I would have to schedule another time to come back for my hearing test because Dr. Ericka Pegler-Tucker because she had another patient who she needed to give a hearing test to. I told them I would wait for that test to be completed (about an hour). They came back and said Dr. Ericka Pegler Tucker did not want to do that and I needed to reschedule and come back another time for my hearing test. It appears this practice overbooks patient appointments and you could wait awhile to be seen if it all. I would not recommend this practice.

Doctor Stringham is a wonderful doctor. He helped me immensely under his care over the years…read more That being said, the difference between seeing Doctor Stringham and dealing with his back office is "night and day", awful, causes feelings of frustration that turn into anger. The challenge is, Dr Stringham refers you to his back office for all needs when you're not in the room with him. This includes prescription refills, authorizations to the insurance company, etc. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When you do, clinging to that person for help is key. Unfortunatly, Turnover of staff is high and when a "helpful hand" leaves you have to start all over again. This last go around took 9 messages over two weeks, for help to their triage VM and emails and as I write this review still nothing. Unfortunately I learned that due to my messages and in person visits to the desk pleading for help, I was gaslit by their new manager of operations and the practice will not see me anymore. Zero accountability. Patients rely on their doctors for treatment. If the back office cannot communicate, how can one leave a good review? Even after all the help over the years. Northwest ENT seems to big of a practice to care about the individual
