We got to the route of the problem (my spine) and I feel great. My natural posture is better and I noticed I have a lot more energy throughout the day. Terrible Customer Service! Several problems (1) Overbooked appointments with numerous people in…read morewaiting-room and exam rooms with one chiropractor (Monday afternoon). In turn the appointment lasted over an hour. (2) The doctor started with me and left the room to attend other patients leaving me attached to the stimulator for about 20 minutes with the alarm going off six times beyond the setting time. (3) I was prequalified by the VA , as the VA called them in turn Red Cedar called me validating approval and asking for a time. At the conclusion of my appointment the doctor went to the lobby to tell the clerk, to set an additional appointment for Friday and that cash should be the billing. This was in front of a full lobby of 6 people as I walked into lobby from the exam Room! The clerk set the appointment and the said to me the VA is bad with paying their bills we have to seek other payment method. Again this is with all eyes on me in the lobby. Terrible way of doing business! I told her you were contacted by the VA , you are one of their listed providers, they called you in-turn you called me and you now tell me you have a problem with VA restitution, then remove yourself from their list. She said ok she would talk with the Moses, I went home and canceled the next Appointment. Sad as I thought he was a nice professional!
