In 2022 the rt one again failed. I paid $295 to get it repaired. They warranty for 6 months. 9 months went by and it broke again. They want to charge me another $295 to repair! In a 9 month period they would charge me a total of $590 to repair the same hearing aid. They originally cost approximately $7000. I guess that's one way to keep ringing up the cash register!
