They only wanted to be able to run your card each month, did not care to do any other sort of payment; which in some circumstances I understand having worked the front desk in an office before. The office apparently thinks it is appropriate to only call twice to let a patient know about it not going through and then mail a letter threatening collections after ONE payment doesn't go through on time. I pay my bills and even have paid more than what the agreed amount was and still have been treated poorly everytime. Every phone encounter that I've had with them; especially that Grace, over the phone even to say money would be in the account the same week, I was told that it basically wasn't good enough even though I have paid EVERY SINGLE TIME. She's basically sounded very heartless and I uncompassionate everytime. I'd hate to know how they actually treat the people whole legitimately don't pay them. It definitely is the front desk staff that makes or breaks the office. Clearly don't care about patient care or experience just getting paid
