By the end of each shift, I'd almost always have a migraine. I have seen a chiropractor in another town before who did wonders, so I decided to give BCIC a try and I am so glad I did. The initial assessment includes X-rays, balance and a physical exam. Based on their findings, they set you up with a training plan. I'm a little over a month in and my X-rays have changed drastically, my symptoms have improved and my quality of life has increased. I'm so happy that I tried BCIC and hopefully after I've finished my treatment in a month, I won't have to come back. AND THAT'S A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR. Thank you Dr. Mitchell and all his staff for helping me take control of my life again.

The doctors and staff have always…read morebeen kind, professional, and respectful, and I've received excellent care every time I've visited. After reading the negative review, I felt compelled to share my experience. From what I personally witnessed, the interaction was not as it has been portrayed. The employee was subjected to racist and abusive language, No employee should ever have to tolerate that kind of behavior while simply doing their job. It's disappointing to see someone criticize a business while leaving out their own conduct. Every workplace has a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful environment for both employees and patients, and I don't fault Heights Eyecare for supporting their staff in the face of abusive behavior. I highly recommend Heights Eyecare to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their patients.

Can't speak to the main Doctor, as I haven't seen him for an appointment yet, but overall a very positive experience.
