This facility apparently does not treat sick people with medical conditions that want to feel better. I have EDS and was told to get a Myers infusion by my specialist. Because of policy changes of this company...a specialist referral apparently was not sufficient to do my scheduled infusion. This would've been helpful to know prior to blocking out time during my day for an infusion that never happened. After arriving and going through about 40 minutes of paperwork, they proceeded to tell me that even with a specialist approval, they would only be able to administer one supplement at a time. Who has the time money and patience to run a course of eight different supplements? What a fricking disappointment and how beyond inconvenient . I would go somewhere else that prioritizes helping people that are seeking wellness. If it's such a liability and you don't feel comfortable managing the possibility of anaphylaxis you shouldn't be infusing anything in the first place. I have EDS, which puts me at increased risk for allergic reaction reactions. However I am not allergic to any of the components they offered, but this doesn't matter. There was no effort to mitigate the situation. It's obvious to me the primary function is book no risk patients and make a profit. If your a person with any medical conditions don't be surprised to book and then after wasting gas, time, and money to be turned away. I didn't have time energy or money to waste to begin with. Your company name should be Gutpunch Deplete Your Wellness. As a person that works in healthcare communication is key, not optional. No one should be booking people unless there's a disclaimer saying that we're probably gonna waste your time if you have medical issues. I would advise posting your policy on your website so people know what they're going to be signing up for or not signing up for. Or at least be given a phone call if it's their first time so that you're not wasting all their resources and time and energy if they are probably not a good candidate for your services. read more
