Doctor of Audiology Jill Beecher listened to my needs and helped me through the hearing aid selection process based on my medical evaluation and specific needs. I am a working musician, and that requires extraordinary adjustment for the aids to be useful to me. Jill is willing to spend the extra time and thought needed to fit hearing aids both for understanding speech in challenging situations and to make my guitar sound as it should to my ear. Any musician with hearing loss will understand why this is critical. Everyone with hearing loss should consult Midwest Audiology. They are expert, caring, and exceptionally nice people.

I needed service for my hearing aid last year and she got me right in, then when I got home I had another problem with it and she talked me through it on the phone. She also has the best receptionist/scheduler around, she is so freindly and makes me feel right at home when I am there. I am upgrading my devices this week and there is no question that I am returning to Concept for this.

She was thorough and explained the sounds I was missing hearing and made a recommendation on what I might need. She gave me price points to consider and we went with the middle of the line hearing aids. Wow, is all I can say. I can't believe what I have been missing. I urge everyone to go sooner rather than later, and ask for Melissa when you make your appointment. She has made some adjustments to my hearing aids and I am in love with them. They are comfortable and discrete and I highly recommend Melissa to everyone all the time!!! Melissa is definitely a great asset to Concept, she has accommodated some odd-ball appointment times for me and even has shared with me that she would even make a home-visit for my aging mother. That is definitely going above and beyond, and Melissa does it all with a smile.

Daniel visited Hope Hearing & Tinnitus 11 months ago, with the promise of receiving relief from his…read moretinnitus. When he got there, he was greeted by a staff that was overly excited... apparently just for his dollars. Fast forward a bit, and after shelling $5400 (yes, over $5k) for devices that just have audio playing wave sounds (in other words you could just put a wave track on your phone/airpods and save $5400), he was never provided with the right insurance codes necessary for reimbursement. After countless efforts to hear back from the clinic, they simply never communicated. After about 6 months, they finally decided to respond with a written agreement which stated that if those devices were returned to the clinic, and any "talk" online about his experience was deleted, he would get a full refund. Lies... It's been several weeks since the devices were returned, and not only has he not received the promised (and legally agreed upon) refund, but the clinic once again is not replying to emails. Hope Hearing & Tinnitus is a total scam, from top to bottom. And the real problem is at the top. Save your dollars & go elsewhere.

Not only that, but to live minutes away from this location is a Godsend-- as I do NOT have to go to the main hospital for them to get the care they need. The doctors are top notch. The building itself is well maintained and updated. I love the art throughout, as well. Absolutely no complaints. Going to the doctor isn't always painless-- but this location helps make it more so.
