The VA will replace them but not for 30 days. My dad is Legally blind and with out his hearing aid he had a hard time communicating and functioning. She programmed a temporary hearing aid for him just to get him through the next 30 days with the ability to communicate again. She was so caring and concerned and got us in right away and he walked away with a smile. Thank you Dr. Livingston and your staff for being so accommodating and kind.

COVID UPDATE! SUPER SAFE TO VISIT…read more I've already sung this doctor's praises in my earlier review, but I just want to applaud them on all the measures they are taking to prevent the spread of COVID. Note: This is the safest I have felt going to any doctor's office during this time. Dr. Laura and her amazing team all take great care. They do the following: - keep door locked and let you in when it is your appt time - require you to wash hands right as you enter and before you touch any forms / documents - take temperature - wear masks (and the doctor was wearing a face shield) - wipe down surfaces in the rooms - they even sanitized my credit card for me after using it!!! Kudos to them for taking extra precautions to keep us all safe. And, my ears feel so much better Highly recommend for anyone who may be hesitant about going out right now but needs to visit an audiologist.
