Marla not only explained my problem was not hearing high notes but showed it on a computer graph that really made sense. I always thought it was my TV that had the problem..it wasn't. No pressure in buying and the follow ups are very convenient. When you go in, say hi to Marla and Carol, 2 of the nicest people you'll find. And yes, my high notes are back and my TV works fine.

Some people only need one hearing aid. Secondly I returned a remote, $220 was refunded to my closed card. I contacted my credit card and they did not receive the funds to post to my new card. Their main office states there is nothing that can be done, not true. They can retract and repost the refund. It seems to me the main is too lazy to do their job. It's been several months now and I'm still waiting for them to get this resolved. I keep calling the Winter Haven Office and still nothing. My next step is 8 On your side, and report them to better business bureau. Top that off the hearing aids they are selling you are way over priced . Be diligent, do your homework. You can get the exact hearing aids for half the cost and still get great service. I did.
