I can't speak to repair work as I haven't had my camper in yet but this place is great. I can say that the battery quick connect switch broke off the first weekend I had the camper. Went back inside and told them, the guy disappeared for a minute, came back, and tossed me a new one, no charge. I went to five different RV dealers and Rose City was by far the best. I wasn't hounded or pushed to buy a camper, the salesman (can't remember his name,sorry) just followed us around for like 2 hours answering any and all of our questions. When we settled on a camper and price, the owner did all the paperwork and she was super polite. Since it's a camper and they're like boats I'm sure I'll be taking it in for repairs within the next year or two so I'll update this then; however, I really do not expect to be disappointed.
