Apparently, they hadn't serviced this website since 2009 since my browser refused the outdated certificate. I couldn't log into my email to print what I needed because my browser refused to connect me to their wifi. The person working the register told me to use my phone to send the document to their printer. This didn't work either. Apparently, for whatever reason, the store email rejects emails. Now, maybe I could give them some slack since people don't really use wifi anymore- but if you can't do it using your phone, it's really too much. I wasted around 45 minutes in futility just trying to print one document. Meanwhile, I'd just came back from working a 13 hour shift and I had a turkey thawing on my kitchen counter. The last thing I needed was to contend with outdated infrastructure in the store, combined with snotty staff who did precious little to help. Whatever. I'm not going back there.

The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up.
