Martin was my main nurse, he was nice and fast. All of the attendees were polite and patient with me, since I came so close to closing time. I chose this location because they had a CT Scan. There was a small wait for the CT Scan but the entire service was quick. the only thing I didn't like was the beds were gurneys. They made my wait super uncomfortable. I'm glad I chose this location, the staff was great and the care was amazing! I will definitely be back.

I had a noon reservation and the lady that kept loudly complaining who was a 12:20 appointment (confirmed by her loudly talking about it) and got there after me, got seen and left before me. After waiting 1.5 hours I asked how much longer and told I was next. After another 30 minutes I asked someone else and was told there was another person ahead of me. Only after pointing out the discrepancy did they confirm I'd finally be seen. The swab was taken by writing my first name only, swabbing and putting it back in the opened package. Any other urgent care I've been to always has a label with patient info (how are you keeping samples straight without my last name?) and into a sterile tube after swabbed. The provider was fine and front desk staff very nice, but they have absolutely no organization and I would not return.

The nurse called a patient who was checked in after me which tells me they don't know what they are doing. When leaving the nurse told me my prescription was ready at the pharmacy and the Dr. told me she can prescribe it in the clinic , she then let me leave only to drive back when I realized she was wrong and they were suppose to give me the medication causing me to drive back. The office is clean and office staff are friendly. Best part is after you are established there are walk in clinic hours -- every weekday. So no need to fight for an appointment or go to centracare for an extra cost when simple things like sinus infections come up. Priska is my new primary care doctor and she is direct and to the point. I haven't had any major health issues beyond the work insurance physical and routine blood tests. No pushing of unnecessary medications and actually trusting the patient (on things like previous blood work and previous health issues). If you're looking for a new primary care doctor, definitely check them out!

They didn't even want to see the messages that clearly showed my appointment. Then they claimed I uploaded my own insurance card instead of my kid's. I know mine by heart and specifically had to pull hers out to upload it. They had MY card from a prior visit for some reason. When you ask what is going on, "they are not IT." So nothing done online is really futile. I will make them do all registration, if I return at all. I don't get paid to do their patient registration, especially if it doesn't coordinate with the office. The medical professionals are usually great though.
