I initially thought it would take a few days longer judging by the reviews. Also, this place is very clean and spacious, while the front desk is courteous and prompt. I also like that patients can wait in the car until it's time for them to be seen. I was seen by Raquel and Dr. Maureen Dallhoff who were both very kind and answered all my questions. The wait for the doctor was a little longer compared to other times I've been to urgent cares, but no biggie. It helped to have my phone to keep my occupied. Also, I probably could have saved time checking in if I reserved a spot online. Otherwise, this went well :)

She also wrote out a scrip for an anti-biotic, for me to use just in case the new treatments do not have any effect after two more days. She even sent a scrip to my regular pharmacy for some things that are available over the counter, in case that would help me to get them with prescription coverage. So, overall: a great experience while I was feeling pretty crummy. She was professional and empathic. Much more than at urgent care locations, such as Carbon Health. My new go to plan will be to avoid "urgent care" places and go to CVS minute clinics instead.
