But the room was decent, it wasn't uncomfortable, it had a decent little amazon basics fan (that needed dusting). My first flight had a medical emergency, causing me to miss my connection and causing me to wait over eight hours in the airport. I crashed here for four hours of sleep (for what you'd pay in a decent hotel in a lot of places). Basic vinyl couch with a trundle bed. Desk if you want to get work done, but most people who can afford 70 an hour have a lounge membership. They provide a blanket and pillow, which have hopefully been laundered. I do wish they had a private bathroom, but alas, you must use the crowded public bathrooms in the terminal. I got four hours of great sleep that saved me from exhaustion and having to wait eight grueling WAKING hours in ATL. I stopped by this place to get bottle water before boarding my flight. The price on the water bottle is reasonable so that's why I purchase it here. You can get room temperature one or one that is cold. The only issue I experienced here was they couldn't give me my receipt. The computer just wouldn't print it and they couldn't find it in their system. I needed the receipt for work so they just printed me one out but it doesn't show my credit card number. read more

I stayed in Atlanta, near concourse B24. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, especially Monique and Shanita. As long as you don't expect this to be a full hotel room (no bathroom or sheets), it's great. I slept on the little couch. It has a trundle but I didn't need it. May I recommend that you bring a few things to make this really nice- bring your own pillowcase and a small sheet to cover the couch. They give you a pillow with a disposable cover and a clean blanket. It can be a little noisy in the terminal and on the tarmac so bring some earplugs and request a room a little further in from the entrance. There's a small green nightlight so bring an eye mask to sleep in. Also bring your own trash bag. It was pricey to stay all night, but SO worth it to be on the other side of the security line for my 6:40AM boarding call. For a really early flight, it may be worth your while! read more

The staff isn't the most friendly or helpful, but they will check you in. Don't expect much else. It's a place away from the crowds, which is the best part of it. Room is basic with a day bed and power outlets to charge devices. Some rooms have a fridge some don't. Sometimes the showers are available, sometimes not. You have to ask for a blanket and pillow, otherwise you get a vinyl daybed to lay on. Don't expect anything beyond basic check-in service. The suites to nap in don't open until 6:30am which there is no sign saying - just 'open 24/7' and 'shh travellers sleeping' not while I was there I guess haha. I'm going to be very blunt in this review. I stopped by here during a layover for an hour and a half after a 6am flight. For the hour and a half, it was $90. I figured it was going to be worth it as I was exhausted and had a 4 hour layover. The man at the front desk was less than friendly, making it already not a very pleasant experience. He brought us back to the suite and told us we needed to apply pressure to the door in order to lock it because it was a little broken. Already I'm annoyed because I paid close to $100 and they are off the bat telling me the room is broken. It took me 10 minutes to figure out the door and I had to get him to show me how to do it because I was convinced it wouldn't lock. After rattling and fidgeting with it for 10 minutes I finally got it locked and was on the brink of a break down. We also put the chair in front of the door because of how unstable the lock on the door was. The couch was a trundle and part of it was sunk in and sort of broken, making it uncomfortable. They didn't give us any pillows or blankets which I figured since they didn't offer, they just didn't have them. When we left we saw a different man at the front desk giving customers pillows and blankets. So we laid uncomfortably, completely flat for $90. I honestly think this was a scam and I would not spend the money if I were you. If you have a long enough layover, just get a hotel room for a couple of hours, it's cheaper, more comfortable and probably has better service. The room had a desk, fridge, and the couch. I happened to get really lucky and magically get to spend an hour in the Buckhead suite during a long layover. Highlights: +/-First and first and for most the location by B24 is small. It only has 7 rooms +/- I highly recommend using their app/website to make a reservation to make sure you can visit +/- If you have priority pass, you get and hour free. Since it seems every one and their mother has the pass now, I would bank on being able to use you free hour. You can also pay , though rates will be based on the length of your visit +/-the room consists of a small desk , tv , and a large couch that is great for passing out on. The only downside now is they didn't seem to have blankets in the room anymore post Covid, so make sure to bring something or you could even purchase one at the airport Overall it's a great option now to just get away from the Airport activity and overcrowded lounges if you need to catch up on your sleep or a call. Noise from the outside can still be heard but is a a very low level. read more

Booked here a couple of times using my Priority Pass and thru their app a few days before arriving. First time I booked a Piedmont Suite and the 2nd time a Peach Tree Suite. Both rooms provided a sofa/day bed, a desk, office chair, TV and tissue box. Yes, a tissue box... for blowing your nose, obviously. The room is big enough for 2 adults to rest comfortably. The Peach Tree Suite had a broken lock and the door would not stay shut. I had to use the office chair and my backpack to hold the door closed. At the time we would be charged $28 for a no show and it looks like it's now $34 for a 1 hour stay. On my 2nd time for some reason I booked a 5pm slot when I thought I had booked an 8pm slot. When I checked in at 8pm they said to come back at 8:15pm and they will have a room for me which they did and I wasn't charged for anything extra. read more

My review mirrors Chelsea L. from about a month ago. As someone also with social anxiety this place is a god send. Having a private place to relax and catch a nap is awesome. Now here's the ugly. If you can, go to the other one at B24. This one isn't the best. The staff isn't too friendly. There's no private bathroom. I wanted to take a shower and relax. No shower or bathroom. Had to go to the public bathroom. The rooms aren't sound proof. I'm literally listening to some corporate bro have a full blown on conversation about work. I wanted to nap, but that won't be happening. Also the guy at the front desk is watching tv and you can hear it through the door. There's no food or drinks to purchase here. The other location has that and a full convenience store right across the hall. Definitely disappointed. This could have been great but it's almost like being at the gate waiting for your plane. Go to the other location down the hall. Trust me. It'll save you some heartbreak. read more

This is the World's greatest invention!! I had 5 hrs between flights and was exhausted after my red eye. This 1 hr nap was desperately needed. Keion was so sweet checking me in and making sure my room was clean. The rooms have outlets and a TV. You can turn off all the lights if you need complete darkness. Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the terminal so bring ear plugs if you need them. I passed out immediately. Reserve your appointment ahead of time if you can because they fill up fast. There are 2 locations, one across from B16 and one near B25. Enjoy your rest! read more

A life saver if you're stuck in the airport overnight and need a place to sleep. After a cancelled flight, I was stuck overnight in the airport and was able to book a suite that night to stay until the next morning. The room offers a couch and TV. The noise levels are dependent on the walking traffic in the concourse since there is a lack of noise proofing. It was clean and simply got the job done. A complaint would be that there are no private bathrooms. Overall, this is a simple way to lay down with privacy if you are single or traveling in a pair dealing with an overnight canceled flight. I tried minute Suites at Atlanta International Airport concourse B during a two-hour layover from Miami on my way home to Hawaii. Fortunately, as a benefit to American Express platinum card holders, we are allowed a one hour stay at minute Suites, normally a $42 value. I was pleasantly greeted and shown my room quickly. I was surprised that there were only a few rooms available but at a $155 price for 8 hours, I can understand why. There is nothing that is included in the price except Free TV, a sofa bed, desk, pillow, and blanket. Bottled water, soda, cookies, and all other snacks are available for purchase. You would think that at $42 an hour, you might get a bottle of water and a cookie but not at this place. I'm glad that I got to try for free and even fell asleep for about half an hour but I think in the future I'd much rather spend my time at the Delta Sky Club and sleep on the plane. read more

This review is of the GATE B16 LOCATION. I called ahead to inform the attendant that I would be behind schedule by a few minutes because I got held up in security. The attendant wasn't particularly friendly, but I wrote it off as maybe the morning blues. It's the weekend, and this young lady would probably like a couple more hours of sleep as many would. I hung up and made my way over from the security checkpoint to the Minute Suites location. Upon arrival I found the young lady hanging out in the front suite reading a book. Fine. Not a big deal. I'd requested one of the rear suites for this 4-hour time slot anyway. I greeted her with a smile, and she comes out, dryly requesting my reservation name, then my Priority Pass, then my ID. She smiled down at her mobile phone, but never once at me. Okay, I get that, too. No biggie. When she's checked me in, she points me to the front room I found her in when I walked up. I stated that I requested one of the rear suites, I believe it was the Piedmont. She says "ohhhh well yours probably got moved around because we try to accommodate EVERYbody." Okay in that case I'm not sure why they take specific Suite requests at all. When I entered the "suite", I found that they are NOTHING like they used to be. I haven't flown out of ATL in a couple of years, so I expected them to be simple, clean, and chill. The cushion is ripped up, the walls are badly stained, one of the ceiling panels is falling in, and albeit a small thing, the little door on the thermostat panel just hangs open. I'm not sure why this place hasn't been spruced up or updated, but the suite I'm in is pretty much the poster child for neglect and abandonment. I don't even feel comfortable in here I believe there are 2 other locations at this airport. TRY THOSE, but do NOT come here unless you are absolutely DESPERATE for a resting place. I got here 4 hours early for my flight because my friend had to do something else today and I didn't wanna hold them up. I wish I'd just waited in a restaurant or at the gate. This particular room is a "Minute Motel" for sure. Roaches and rats wouldn't surprise me at this point. I want to add that there is a rather loud conversation happening as we speak right outside the door of the suite I'm in. read more

We first went to the Minute Suite by B16 (ATL), and the girl there was nice but when we told her that our gate was B26, she told us there was another one near B25. So we went over to B25. And the girl there was so rude and unhelpful. She seemed so annoyed that we were asking about availability like she couldn't be bothered. She was also texting on her phone the entire time we were there asking for a room. We ended up going back to B16 and the girl there was nice and gave us a room immediately. The room itself was small, but decent. We had to ask for a blanket, there were no pillows. It was fine for what we were looking for, which was a quiet space for baby to rest and feed before long flight. But customer service was very inconsistent. As stated, one of the girls was very rude. My boyfriend and I were able to take a nice mid morning nap in a Minute Suite in the Atlanta airport-- a complementary perk to his Priority Pass. The little suite was really comfy. The couch pulled out on the bottom to give each of us roughly a twin size bed (probably slightly smaller). I imagine this would be a great place to let a kiddo take a nap if you have a long layover. Each suite has its own temperature control, white noise volume adjustment, desk, in-wall TV, and mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks available for additional purchase. The employee that checked us in was AWESOME-- so kind and accommodating. Even hearing her talk on the phone to other guests with reservations she had the utmost respect and professionalism. The problem with the "business managers" replies is that they are boilerplate replies where nothing is done to improve service or address issues and business continues as usual. Thus my review stands as is. As I mentioned based on the 2 employees I encountered (again I would see if it where 1 employee but I stayed in the Minute Suites during a shift change and experienced subpar performance from TWO employees) subpar trifling service seems to be the norm and clearly tells me that if you do not fit the expected demographic at Minute Suites you should for sure save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Things have slowly disappeared like getting a blanket in your room and having working locks on the doors, which is a big concern for travelers looking to catch some sleep. Recently, they changed the priority pass so pass holders have to make their reservation upon arrival in person. When I came back she told me the TV in my room was broken, opened the door and walked away. No introduction as to other amenities of the room, how the club works, or anything. Unfortunately, an all around a terrible experience. My husband and I were hoping for a quiet oasis at the airport to nap and relax due to a flight that was delayed for 7 hours. Sadly, this place was a nightmare. This location was extremely noisy! From our suite, we heard the lady at the front desk have loud conversations with both guests and work friends who were stopping by to visit her. Furthermore, we heard all the airport announcements from our suite as well. We were not offered any blankets or additional pillows (the room only had 1 pillow and no blankets). The concept is wonderful, however, my experience was lacking. Let's start with the good. Atlanta airport is VERY busy. For someone who has social anxiety this offers a place to be away from all the people. Although it isn't noise canceling, there is a white noise machine overhead that you can turn up or down to kind of drown out the foot traffic outside. I see they have some snacks available for purchase but I brought in my own. Now for the less positive. The workers outside were very unfriendly at the location by B16. I understand they probably interact with a lot of different people during their shift however you can be standing right in front of their face at the counter and they will not look up at you or address you. Once you do get their attention it's very blunt and matter of fact. I had some time to kill before my 2:30pm check in and walked down the B concourse further and ran into another Minute Suites. The workers down there were very nice and helpful and I was able to ask them my question without feeling like I'm interrupting their phone time. My receipt said I was being helped by Shanterra. There was also a larger gentleman working who was on his phone and when I asked if I could check in he said to go to the woman who was right next to him looking down as well. I think she was counting change and when I went to ask her she got upset because I interrupted her counting even though that's what I was advised to do by the man beside her. No explanation on anything regarding the room so I just kind of had to poke around and figure it out. There also was a hole in the drop ceiling in my room. Overall, if you are in this extremely busy airport and need a place away it's nice that this place is available. I would advise going down to the Minute Suites by B25 though for a better experience. The workers did not instill any confidence in me that this place is being properly taken care of so I operated under that assumption. Also, I see no need for the tv when there is no access to local channels and/or streaming. The lady leaving was different and she wished me a good day leaving. Really not a bad spot. My flight kept getting delayed and then eventually was pushed to the following morning. I purchased the 8 hour package. The pullout is decently comfortable, but the pillow and blanket are barely enough. However, the white noise and multiple outlets were nice to charge all of my stuff. Really not that much more than a hotel and I got to wake up in the airport right by my gate. So that's a plus. So I decided to utilize my Priority Pass membership (I see you Chase Sapphire Reserve) and stopped by Minute Suites. Things to know: ***** I. LOCATION: Concourse B, B15. Take a left at the intersection following your ascension up the escalator. II. WHY CHECK IT OUT: Stuck in the airport for an extended period? Chances are you'd like to put your feet up and relax (in private). The room comes with a computer, a somewhat comfortable sofa, and adjustable lighting. III. PRICES: I only did an hour with my Priority Pass membership. Without it, though, it's $42 an hour with $15 increments. IV. EXPERIENCE: I had a decent cuddle with Cranberry for about 45 minutes, shoes off and all. The sofa isn't the most comfortable, especially for the price, but it's comparatively much better than anything else in the airport (aside from the chairs in the Delta lounge). I was surprised to see that they don't offer a private bathroom. You'd think that would come with the room. V. I had a three hour layover in Atlanta and was not in the drinking kind of mood. What did I really want? A NAP. Enter, Minute Suites! I found it via the Priority Pass directory and so my fiancee and I made the trek to Concourse B to find it. What exactly is Minute Suites? It's kind of like a very mini hotel in the middle of this very busy airport. There are only six rooms so while I thought we could walk right up and enter, we instead had to wait until the next opening on the hour. My pass got us an hour free, while regular rates are $42 an hour with 15 min increments and a variety of add-ons also available. There was a sofa bed that pulled out so that you could fit two people, a pillow, blanket, desk area, outlets, and a TV with cable. Overall, this place has RELAX written all over it. There was even a sound masking system which took away the noise from the outside concourse and we were actually able to get some shut eye. While I try to avoid long layovers at all costs, I'm glad to know this is an option if I ever get stuck in Atlanta again. $42 seems a little steep for just an hour but the hour free with a Priority Pass is nice if you're not able to access another lounge. Make a reservation if you want to guarantee a space will be available! read more

Why did I not know that these existed? After a horrid red-eye flight and a long layover, I needed a nap. Naps are frowned-upon in the Delta Sky Club and I looked for a great alternative. After a few hours in one of their suites, the pricing is comparable to a hotel room. However, the rooms are spacious enough for two people to take a quick nap, and there is a desk if you have to get some work done. My one issue with this particular location is that it does not have a restroom. You have to leave your suite and walk quite a ways down the terminal to the nearest restroom. I would've expected a place like this to have its own restroom for customers. I stopped in the minute suites when I needed to take a conference call assuming that for $42 an hour, I would at minimum be able to take a quick conference call without issue and not be in a lounge where I couldn't be sure that my conversation would be private. Unfortunately, while they claim to have Wifi in house - the wifi was so bad that I ended up jumping on the public FreeATL Wifi that was slow, especially with a VPN. This would definitely not have sufficed for a call where there would be significant sharing of information or significant use of decks. This place also offers absolutely zero complimentary amenities charging even for a bottle of water and having quite expensive small extras. With no bathroom in the place, I think this place shouldn't call itself a suite as much as a bed as I didn't even get a key card so if I needed to leave to use the bathroom and return, I would need to wait for an attendant to let me back in my room. I understand other people rating this so highly as the noise of an airport does make it nearly impossible to get a comfortable nap and this is one of the few places where you can get it, but for the prices they charge, I would expect much more. At minimum, I would expect a bathroom and working wifi as for $8 more, you can enter any lounge for an unlimited amount of time and get nearly everything you get here plus some snacks, drinks, and newspapers/magazines.
