First and Foremost, the attendant was awesome. Excellent customer service. Now on to the room, to charge upwards of $70-$80/hour and this is what you provide? Not to mention my door couldn't lock. I was warned in advance. I was given the option between this room and another since the person did arrive yet to check in. So nonetheless, someone was going to get this room with no lock. I've spent less on sleep pods in NEW YORK and they were clean, modern and provided what they said they did. It advertises TV and Locked doors. I got neither of those things. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It's gross.

Hey there! I love me a good ole Minutes Suites lounge. I worked last night and could have used a few hours to nap. So, that's exactly what I did. I slept for 2 hours and now I'm on my next flight to Vegas! Thanks for great customer service! It's appreciated for sure.

I happened to get really lucky and magically get to spend an hour in the Buckhead suite during a long layover. Highlights: +/-First and first and for most the location by B24 is small. It only has 7 rooms +/- I highly recommend using their app/website to make a reservation to make sure you can visit +/- If you have priority pass, you get and hour free. Since it seems every one and their mother has the pass now, I would bank on being able to use you free hour. You can also pay , though rates will be based on the length of your visit +/-the room consists of a small desk , tv , and a large couch that is great for passing out on. The only downside now is they didn't seem to have blankets in the room anymore post Covid, so make sure to bring something or you could even purchase one at the airport Overall it's a great option now to just get away from the Airport activity and overcrowded lounges if you need to catch up on your sleep or a call. Noise from the outside can still be heard but is a a very low level.

Booked here a couple of times using my Priority Pass and thru their app a few days before arriving. First time I booked a Piedmont Suite and the 2nd time a Peach Tree Suite. Both rooms provided a sofa/day bed, a desk, office chair, TV and tissue box. Yes, a tissue box... for blowing your nose, obviously. The room is big enough for 2 adults to rest comfortably. The Peach Tree Suite had a broken lock and the door would not stay shut. I had to use the office chair and my backpack to hold the door closed. At the time we would be charged $28 for a no show and it looks like it's now $34 for a 1 hour stay. On my 2nd time for some reason I booked a 5pm slot when I thought I had booked an 8pm slot. When I checked in at 8pm they said to come back at 8:15pm and they will have a room for me which they did and I wasn't charged for anything extra.

    Incredible experience!

This is the World's greatest invention!! I had 5 hrs between flights and was exhausted after my red eye. This 1 hr nap was desperately needed. Keion was so sweet checking me in and making sure my room was clean. The rooms have outlets and a TV. You can turn off all the lights if you need complete darkness. Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the terminal so bring ear plugs if you need them. I passed out immediately. Reserve your appointment ahead of time if you can because they fill up fast. There are 2 locations, one across from B16 and one near B25. Enjoy your rest!

Definitely recommend utilizing. I had a FIVE hour lay over in Atlanta after traveling for 10 hours already and was TIRED. I used the Minute Suite for the first time and was GLAD I did. I purchased three hours of sleep time and it was well worth it. Cost about $70. My first hour was free due to a pass my husband had. Ask for an extra blanket if you get cold/chilly easily. Snacks and a TV was also provided in the room. It was perfect. Thank you.

I'm genuinely disgusted. This place has never been particularly nice, but it seems management has completely let this place go. On a positive note the receptionist was very kind. I don't know how she keeps a positive attitude putting customers in rooms like this...if the general condition wasn't enough, the gnats joining me for my breakfast was the cherry on top! I can't say that I'll ever come back, even considering it's free for me, unless it's an act of absolute desperation. The fact that people pay for this is absolutely mind boggling - I would be absolutely irate.

A life saver if you're stuck in the airport overnight and need a place to sleep. After a cancelled flight, I was stuck overnight in the airport and was able to book a suite that night to stay until the next morning. The room offers a couch and TV. The noise levels are dependent on the walking traffic in the concourse since there is a lack of noise proofing. It was clean and simply got the job done. A complaint would be that there are no private bathrooms. Overall, this is a simple way to lay down with privacy if you are single or traveling in a pair dealing with an overnight canceled flight. FYI, the first hour is free if you are an AMEX Platinum card holder or a part of Priority Pass.

I like the idea and the set up, but I came in wanting to take a nap only to have the attendant knocking on the door multiple times throughout my hour to ask random, unnecessary questions, including asking for a tip!

    Perfect.

In A Nutshell: -The Minute Suites in the Atlanta airport is a nice reprieve from one of the, if not the busiest airport in the USA. -Having the trusty Priority Pass membership has come in handy over the years, even during the pandemic. -This suite is definitely mini, but it has all the things you need: privacy, security, TV, workstation, fridge filled w/ beverages/snacks (you pay a la carte). -There are only a handful of rooms, so if they are full you just sign up on the waiting list. -Maximum time allotted that is included for free is 1 hour, additional time costs $. Overall, take advantage of your Priority Pass membership in Atlanta Hartsville-Jackson airport!!

    Heather L.

What a great little quiet piece of heaven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of ATL Airport ! Such a cool option to explore in your travels during a layover to stay safe and healthy during your travels ! They offer a stacked mini fridge of beverage options as well as a snack tray so you can seamlessly enjoy your experience without leaving the comfort of your suite ! To top it off, you can catch up on your favorite Netflix show or browse channels on DirecTV. Can't wait to come back ! (Tip: If you have a Priority Pass Membership you have access to one complimentary 1 hour stay per day in your travels- definitely book ahead of time for the most seamless experience or there is a bit of a wait ! If you have a qualified AMEX Card you may have a complimentary PP Membership so definitely look into it-thanks AMEX for this awesome benefit !)

It's spacious, lots of seating options (various chair types, along with tables, high tops, cushioned chairs, etc), and has great service. My two favorite things: the Coca Cola self service machine (the mix is wonderful) and the expansive restrooms with green/red light indicators. Bar and bartenders are wonderful and the hosts throughout the club are fantastic and friendly. My wish: add a shower option for longer layovers.

Given how many miles I have flown on so many carriers globally, it comes as a surprise this my first lounge experience and I almost didn't, thinking I was not on an international flight to qualify. Fortunately, they have a few staffers to assist you at the kiosks and at the information desk upon entry. I took the elevator up to the incredibly spacious lounge with two lengthy bars backing each other; various seating all around; a massive flatscreen near the upstairs entry beyond the restrooms; and two food buffets on the opposite end of the lounge. The lighting is muted and so is the ambient noise level, given all the people in there. It was a Sunday with weather delays and all sorts of other systemic issues from the delays impacting flight crews and travelers and a lot of people headed to the lounge. Bar service was quick with all the people in there. I got a draught beer within a minute of waiting in line. I also found a seat almost immediately after walking in there close to the buffet lines; a wise move. The buffet had some salads and a few proteins to put on the salads. They had a Thai Tofu dish, mixed veggies, Coca Cola Barbecue Chicken and macaroni and cheese. Yeah, I was on the salad and the latter two. They had some vegetarian and chicken salad sandwiches as well as two different soups, one of which was Thai and that was my pick. The Mac n cheese was good and creamy, but little cheese pull and no crust. Decent. The barbecue chicken was tangy and tender. The kale salad with pesto chicken was pretty good, but the chicken salad sandwiches and the Thai soup were the best. They served red velvet cake and various cookies and sweet cornbread as desserts. The cookies were good and I did not get the over hyped red velvet cake. They buss the mini tables and other surfaces near weary passengers fairly aggressively. It's necessary in a large lounge with so many people arriving and departing. They are clearing everything for all the people in there and they cannot fall behind the curve. I wish I had thought to take a photo of the tasteful interior decor of the lounge. Even the floor to ceiling windows seem to have photosensitivity to react to varying levels of light from the flight line. Seating is comfortable with power outlets everywhere within reach. The one thing I did not see was refrigerated cases of water bottles. Somewhere in there, they must have cold water available and I welcome feedback from those who know where one can get bottled water and not something fancy and sparkling from the bar. They make regular general announcements and to specific passengers to keep you aware of developments. The noise level of the announcements is not too intrusive. The restrooms are also clean. That thing to the right of the sink faucet is not the soap dispenser. It's an air hand dryer, but you can use the paper towels nearby. When you walk back out into Concourse D to your gate, you'll wish you were back in the lounge. 4.5 stars!

How are you going to design a Sky Club this massive, and then have a bathroom that's the same size as that in clubs with one-third of the total capacity? Dirty plates sat out for a while, likely due to minimal early-morning staffing. Later on more staff came in and cleanup was quick. The lounge area itself had a few varieties of seating.
