Other than DeltaOne clubs, this is my favorite Sky Club. Even if I'm flying from Terminal B, I…read morewill head to this location if I have the time. It's spacious, lots of seating options (various chair types, along with tables, high tops, cushioned chairs, etc), and has great service. My two favorite things: the Coca Cola self service machine (the mix is wonderful) and the expansive restrooms with green/red light indicators. Bar and bartenders are wonderful and the hosts throughout the club are fantastic and friendly. My wish: add a shower option for longer layovers.

Given how many miles I have flown on so many carriers globally, it comes as a surprise this my first lounge experience and I almost didn't, thinking I was not on an international flight to qualify. Fortunately, they have a few staffers to assist you at the kiosks and at the information desk upon entry. I took the elevator up to the incredibly spacious lounge with two lengthy bars backing each other; various seating all around; a massive flatscreen near the upstairs entry beyond the restrooms; and two food buffets on the opposite end of the lounge. The lighting is muted and so is the ambient noise level, given all the people in there. It was a Sunday with weather delays and all sorts of other systemic issues from the delays impacting flight crews and travelers and a lot of people headed to the lounge. Bar service was quick with all the people in there. I got a draught beer within a minute of waiting in line. I also found a seat almost immediately after walking in there close to the buffet lines; a wise move. The buffet had some salads and a few proteins to put on the salads. They had a Thai Tofu dish, mixed veggies, Coca Cola Barbecue Chicken and macaroni and cheese. Yeah, I was on the salad and the latter two. They had some vegetarian and chicken salad sandwiches as well as two different soups, one of which was Thai and that was my pick. The Mac n cheese was good and creamy, but little cheese pull and no crust. Decent. The barbecue chicken was tangy and tender. The kale salad with pesto chicken was pretty good, but the chicken salad sandwiches and the Thai soup were the best. They served red velvet cake and various cookies and sweet cornbread as desserts. The cookies were good and I did not get the over hyped red velvet cake. They buss the mini tables and other surfaces near weary passengers fairly aggressively. It's necessary in a large lounge with so many people arriving and departing. They are clearing everything for all the people in there and they cannot fall behind the curve. I wish I had thought to take a photo of the tasteful interior decor of the lounge. Even the floor to ceiling windows seem to have photosensitivity to react to varying levels of light from the flight line. Seating is comfortable with power outlets everywhere within reach. The one thing I did not see was refrigerated cases of water bottles. Somewhere in there, they must have cold water available and I welcome feedback from those who know where one can get bottled water and not something fancy and sparkling from the bar. They make regular general announcements and to specific passengers to keep you aware of developments. The noise level of the announcements is not too intrusive. The restrooms are also clean. That thing to the right of the sink faucet is not the soap dispenser. It's an air hand dryer, but you can use the paper towels nearby. When you walk back out into Concourse D to your gate, you'll wish you were back in the lounge. 4.5 stars!

After hours of traveling, this place is exactly what I need to relax and recharge. It makes those long waits between flights so much more enjoyable and comfortable. The food here is always fresh and delicious. There are lots of choices, whether I'm craving something healthy or just want a snack. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. They always greet me with a smile and make sure everyone is taken care of. You can really tell they care about giving guests the best experience possible. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, which is such a nice break from the busy airport outside. The lighting is soft, the seating is comfortable, and it's easy to find a quiet spot to rest or get some work done. I love the soft background music and the clean, relaxing design--it just makes me feel at ease right away. Honestly, every time I'm here, I joke that all I need are a few recliners and I'd be ready to move in! It's that comfortable. The Sky Club truly makes travel days so much better, and I look forward to visiting every time I fly. If you need a peaceful place to unwind during your layover, this spot is absolutely worth it!

The space is bright and has an open floor plan, basically one massive room with different sections of seating. The usual amenities are good, no complaints. But here's the same theme I harp on, rearing its ugly head again -- the bathrooms. How are you going to design a Sky Club this massive, and then have a bathroom that's the same size as that in clubs with one-third of the total capacity? Makes ZERO sense, as evidenced by the never ending line.

But the room was decent, it wasn't uncomfortable, it had a decent little amazon basics fan (that needed dusting). My first flight had a medical emergency, causing me to miss my connection and causing me to wait over eight hours in the airport. I crashed here for four hours of sleep (for what you'd pay in a decent hotel in a lot of places). Basic vinyl couch with a trundle bed. Desk if you want to get work done, but most people who can afford 70 an hour have a lounge membership. They provide a blanket and pillow, which have hopefully been laundered. I do wish they had a private bathroom, but alas, you must use the crowded public bathrooms in the terminal. I got four hours of great sleep that saved me from exhaustion and having to wait eight grueling WAKING hours in ATL. If you're privileged enough to afford it, it's well worth it to have peace, quiet, and SLEEP! Front desk attendant was helpful and kind.

Luckily the lounge opens early, so I walked right in. Breakfast was basic: standard hotel buffet fare like cereal, bread, pancakes, eggs, fruit, and bagels. The creamy grits sounded promising, but they were undercooked and the toppings were forgettable. Service was slow at first. Dirty plates sat out for a while, likely due to minimal early-morning staffing. Later on more staff came in and cleanup was quick. The lounge area itself had a few varieties of seating. Except for a tiny room which had dim lighting, the rest of the lounge was brightly lit and it was difficult to catch up on some lost sleep there. There weren't any private nooks or rooms. Restrooms were also pretty basic, infact the more public restrooms in the airport were better. Overall it's not an outstanding lounge, pretty basic and forgettable. Somewhat surprising for a heavily used international airport like Atlanta.

They had some sort of stewed chicken dish with mashed potatoes. That chicken was so flavorful and moist. I did not need a knife to cut into that chicken. It was that tender! When I went on the Saturday though, I think they had reached Max capacity so I did have to sign in via the app and wait 20 minutes before they called me inside. It does get pretty packed with limited number of seats so you might have to be patient with finding a seat. Bathrooms are clean. Food and drinks are well stocked and the employees there are pretty quick with getting tables cleared and cleaned for new guests. Overall, a good solid choice to hang out while waiting for your flight!
