I went car shopping today, and looked at what stock they had available, plus checked out their…read moredeals. I have dealt with Kunes Delevan before, and purchased my current vehicle here. Great staff and very "low pressure" while you're shopping. Someone is always available to talk to or answer any questions you may have. Nice service department and lounge while you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced (they even have a massage chair). Definitely a very professional and courteous dealership. Highly recommend.

Where to start? First of all, the negotiation process was slow and painful. Numbers would be…read moreshared, and then I would sit and wait for 15 minutes. I get negotiating prices for vehicles is never a fun process but this was brutal. On the drive home, I started to realized the AC wasn't working even though the window sticker said it did. I live 3 hours from this place so I couldn't just swing by and bring it up, I had to call. Getting a hold of the used car manager and the general sales manager took forever. It took 3 calls before they finally agreed for me to bring it in and check it out. After a 2 hour diagnosis, they quoted me $2500 for a new air compressor to be installed ($1000 in labor). They wouldn't agree to help at all with the costs even though they said the truck had AC when I bought it. Not to mention, I took it to a different shop and was quoted $1200 to get it fixed. Instead of working with me, they wanted me to just buy a newer truck with less miles on it. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a bad feeling about the place when going over prices during the negotiation and I should've trusted my gut and walked out of the dealership. Now I know for next time.

I messaged to see if the car we wanted to look at was available and received a quick response from…read moreNick that it was. He was easy to communicate with prior to us getting there. Once there Nick and Roy were friendly and not pushy. They were both patient and knowledgeable when answering our questions and didn't hesitate to show us exactly how some things worked. Even though we left without our new Bronco sport (needed to pick up next day) my husband and I said it was the best car buying experience we've had. We definitely will be recommending Roy and Nick.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Kunes of Delavan…read more We had been communicating with a salesperson since the middle of the week about a specific Ford Expedition and scheduled an appointment to drive two hours to see it. The morning of our appointment, we called because we were running behind. We were told everything was good to go, the vehicle was there, and they would hold it until we arrived. When we got to the dealership after a two-hour drive, we were informed that the Expedition had actually been sold the night before. The issue isn't that the vehicle sold. Vehicles sell every day. The issue is that we specifically called before making the drive and were told the vehicle was available. When a customer is traveling hours to see a vehicle, confirming that it is physically on the lot and still available should be the bare minimum. Had we been told the truth, we would not have made the trip. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, we were repeatedly told that we should have put down a deposit. That completely misses the point. We weren't upset that someone else bought the vehicle, we were upset that we were told it was still there when it wasn't. The experience only got worse from there. A sales manager became argumentative and continued trying to push us into other vehicles after we repeatedly explained that we had come specifically for that Expedition. We had already discussed our budget, yet we were shown vehicles that were roughly $10,000 over what we had stated we were willing to spend. At no point did it feel like anyone respected our time, our budget, or the fact that we had driven four hours round-trip based on information provided by their staff. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility for them matters. Instead, we were blamed, pressured, and subjected to aggressive sales tactics. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this dealership.
