And only a year into having it it's having transmission issues. That doesn't sound right at all. So we take it here to look into repairing it. To make a VERY long story short, we had to fight them to put it under the no fear warranty, since they wanted service records for it which we had to we really only had oil changes and tires done. After they only diagnosed the transmission, a few weeks later it turns out we needed a new turbo. And then a few months later we needed a new catalytic converter. We barely ever got any updates on the car when they said they'd call us. We didn't know our car got towed twice to Nissan for it to get reprogrammed after the trans, we actually only found out because my boyfriend has the Nissan app, and it gave us a notification it was getting towed. Never got a call. We also had problems with every single loaner we got. The 2 actual loaners lasted the longest. But the 2 lot cars only lasted 2-3 weeks before something on them broke. In the end 4 loaners, 4 months later and nearly $9,000 paid we finally got our car back. Safe to say we're never coming back.

The morning of our appointment, we called because we were running behind. We were told everything was good to go, the vehicle was there, and they would hold it until we arrived. When we got to the dealership after a two-hour drive, we were informed that the Expedition had actually been sold the night before. The issue isn't that the vehicle sold. Vehicles sell every day. The issue is that we specifically called before making the drive and were told the vehicle was available. When a customer is traveling hours to see a vehicle, confirming that it is physically on the lot and still available should be the bare minimum. Had we been told the truth, we would not have made the trip. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, we were repeatedly told that we should have put down a deposit. That completely misses the point. We weren't upset that someone else bought the vehicle, we were upset that we were told it was still there when it wasn't. The experience only got worse from there. A sales manager became argumentative and continued trying to push us into other vehicles after we repeatedly explained that we had come specifically for that Expedition. We had already discussed our budget, yet we were shown vehicles that were roughly $10,000 over what we had stated we were willing to spend. At no point did it feel like anyone respected our time, our budget, or the fact that we had driven four hours round-trip based on information provided by their staff. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility for them matters. Instead, we were blamed, pressured, and subjected to aggressive sales tactics.
