I originally gave them a great review so I could get the free gels for the teeth whitening. I have visited them 3 times in 2017 and will never go back. Out of the 3 times I've been they've had to do things twice because they couldn't get it right the first time. They didn't get my teeth whitening set right. Oh and I went to get a filling, and had to go back again for a bite adjustment nothing was fixed, when I tell you after that filling my mouth has never been the same and I have a constant pain on the right side of my mouth, it's terrible. I went to another dentist and they said whoever did the filling drilled too deep and that I need a root canal. On top of that, after my first visit, the dentist failed to mention that I have perio, and when you have perio you are supposed to get maintenance, which I did not know, so they let me go almost 7 months without maintenance, and when I asked why didn't anyone tell me or follow up with me they said "we thought you knew," and then I was informed that my original dentist no longer works for the company. So no one checked on the lady's patients after she left? When I became upset the office manager offered extra lipsticks. The way I found out is over a discussion that I had with someone who works for a dentist, and she told me that if you had to get a deep cleaning that you have perio. The amenities like the iPad, headphones, and the smart tv are nice but you can get that anywhere. When I was getting my filling done the dental assistant wasn't doing her job very well and the dentist had to remind her to put on a glove while her hand was already in my mouth, and she kept telling her hold the water, and pay attention, the girl was watching the tv. I'm not sure if it's just the Cypress office but Mint Dentistry has lost me as a patient for good. I usually don't write such long bad reviews but the reminder of the constant pain I'm in made me want to share my experience so that no one else will have to go through what I went through. read more

My encounters at Mint Dental Care's Cypress location, over seven tedious appointments FOR THE SAME TOOTH have been far from satisfactory. The litany of issues, especially with one specific tooth, raised red flags about their capability to provide even basic dental care. Professionalism: I initially visited for a toothache which led to a root canal procedure. Disturbingly, this was just the beginning. Due to what I can only describe as incompetence, the same tooth needed two more root canals. I also had a very painful gum infection from their botched root canal Quality of Care: The temporary crown they provided was frankly shoddy. It's baffling that it broke from merely eating a banana. The indifferent response from the staff was just the icing on this messy cake, spotlighting their disregard for patient care. Communication and Coordination: Dealing with Mint Dental Care felt like navigating a chaotic maze. Miscommunications between their various branches added unnecessary hassles and frustrations to my already strained experience. Customer Service: Disappointment wasn't confined to just the dental operations. The office manager and some staff seemed more interested in shrugging off concerns rather than addressing them. Their dismissive attitude was palpable. Transparency and Compliance: Trying to get my medical records was an exercise in futility. Despite promises, the continual delays and runarounds make me question their commitment to ethical practices and adherence to regulations. Conclusion: Trust is crucial in dental care. But based on my ordeal at Mint Dental Care's Cypress outpost, I'd advise anyone to think long and hard before entrusting them with their dental health. Their repeated blunders and the general lack of care were deeply unsettling. Proceed with caution. read more

Excellent service!!! Best I have ever had... hands down! I want to start by saying Shawn RDA was great! Dental visits make me nervous but he made me feel comfortable & relaxed the entire time. While waiting to be called, I was offered bottled water and coffee by Brandon and Marlene! Carlos was so nice too as he took my xrays! Honestly, they have a very friendly staff!! I was informed of every step and what to expect! Dr. Tum was amazing! They were gentle and very concerned about my well-being... I even had my own protective glasses, IPad and Beats headphones to use while I was there. I even got a massage! Yes, the chair had a warmer and massager built in! Bottom line... I have a new dental office! The location was easy to find and was decorated beautifully. There are so many great things to say, but I'll stop there. What a great way to WOW your customers. I heard about MINT dentistry on 97.9 and always wanted to try it and today I am SO glad that I did! Everyone is so nice and they really care about making you feel comfortable! It's so modern and chic. You do all your new patient paperwork on and iPad which made it fast and easy. I didn't wait long at all and the front desk was so nice! The dental chairs are massage chairs, and they let you watch Hulu, Netflix, or listen to pandora on the flat screen in your room. I really liked how everyone keeps you informed and let's you know what's going on while you're waiting between cleaning, exam, and whitening fitting. I have a cut on my lip and they were so sweet and gentle with me and applied some ointment so it was easier for me to open my mouth. Jada my dental assistant was the best too! OMGoshhh I must say Mint Dentistry - Cypress location is the absolute best! I have not been to the dentist in years, I was terrified to come this morning but when I walked in the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. They offered me an iPad, beats headphones and some cool shades. I waited approximately 10 mins to be called back. Ashley escorted me to the back where my X-ray were taken - the entire time she talked, laughed and joked with me making me feel super comfortable about my visit! Ashley and Areej were so amazing. Ashley put Netflix on for me "Money Heist" - told me about the massage chair, the free molders with the whiting gel and information for an orthodontist. Very very helpful, knowledgeable and sweet! My experience at Mint Dentistry was the most unique dental experience. The office is clean and decorated with modern decor. Patients were greeted with warm friendly smiles, which added to the warm of the environment. The facility offers spa like Dentistry care. Patients are given an iPad and Beats headphones to watch movies or listen to music, etc while waiting in the waiting area and during care in the exam room. The chairs have massage and heating capabilities. The Dental Assistants and Dentists were gentle every step of the way. I felt that their care was so skilled and detailed. They made a customized mold of my top and bottom row to create a teeth whitening kit for me to take home. They also show you the screen, so that you can see what they are doing in your mouth. I don't typically write reviews but I wanted to do this because my experience at this office was totally different from what I expected. The dental assistant, Crystal, was very understanding and friendly. And quick! She was my moral support when I needed her especially through the numbing shot. I've never liked ever since I was a kid. It was always the worst but she was there telling me to breath and it'll be ok. Elizabeth was my dental hygienist, and she was fabulous! Quick and really careful. Plus she had some great advice on cleaning properly. They didn't make me feel bad for putting off going to the dentist for so long. And they are making sure I become a regular patient. I had an amazing experience at MINT Dentistry Cypress. Going to the dentist is always scary but from the time I walked in to the time I was about to leave, my experience was nothing less than amazing. The wait time was minimal with me being a new patient and I definitely appreciate that. Shawn, Jacky, and Dr. Bratton were all so nice, thorough, and patient. They really took the time to explain everything throughout my entire visit and devised a great plan for me to come back and have my other needs met. I decided to listen to those corny commercial on 97.9 radio about how awesome Mint Dentistry is not knowing what to expect. Everyone was so pleasant from the Jessica at the front desk helping my kids with the iPad and Beats headphones . Dr.Joyal who help my daughters and I and Brandon explain a great package and club for pennies on the dollar. I would recommend Mint dentistry Cypress to everyone Yesenia was the best made me and my girls feel very comfortable. I had a full cleaning (4 quads) done at this location and had a great experience with the staff and service. I was very impressed by the level of service, professionalism, and cleanliness of the facility. I went ahead and purchased the Mint dentistry discount plan for the year because of my experience with this location. P.S. - They also are running a promotion for teeth whitening so you can get your trays and syringes for free. Not sure how long this promotion will last. I also highly recommend getting the Mint Dentistry Discount Plan is you don't have normal dental insurance. I am so happy that I made the decision to schedule my dental appointment at MINT! I felt relaxed immediately upon entering the office due to the beautiful decor and the friendly staff members. The office is extremely efficient and the wait-time between check in and appointment was less than 5 minutes. This place is really great! I heard the advertisement on the radio, booked the appointment and was able to get in the following day. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the staff, offered refreshments and checked in within about 5 minutes. Brandon, at reception, was super friendly and the other ladies behind the desk all made eye contact. Carlos, the RDA was the dental assistant that took my measurements and was informative, organized and friendly. I even had a chance to catch up on my Netflix binge while I waited for my exam. This place is bomb! Like my wait is always super short, the staff is very friendly, nice, well mannered, approachable, kind, just everything. The dental hygienist and surgeons explain everything well. They also keep you comfortable during your visit (beats headphones, iPad, Netflix/Hulu to watch, massage chairs, blankets), they literally just have it all! Not to mention the Christian/inspirational music they place and positive vibes throughout the waiting area. I wouldn't recommend any other dentist ever! I love Mint Dentistry! Can you say ROYALTY! Because that's exactly what I was treated like here at Mint Dentistry! From the time I walk in I was greeted with several smiles, offered water then handed an IPad with Beats headphones! When I was called to the back I was seated in my chair and handed a remote to turn on the heat and/or the massage settings I desired. My experience with Mint Dentistry was unforgettable. I've had some pretty bad experiences with dentists so I was apprehensive about going back. The reason I changed my mind is because a co-worker posted her experience on Facebook and she gave them rave reviews. She was right! The decor was to die for and the staff were friendly and patient. I was given sunglasses to protect my eyes from the light and an iPad to listen to music while I was being treated. It was great! I was so relaxed. I had an amazing time at Mint Dentistry - Cypress. The check in process was incredibly smooth and Mayra was great and very pleasant. The lobby experience is warm and chic lavish complete with iPads + Beats headphones with Hulu, Netflix and YouTube. When I went back for treatment with Jaida and Elizabeth, the movie even transferred to the flat screen. The whole process took only an hour because they worked as a team on the cleaning and X-rays. They offered free whitening treatments and make the trays in-house so you can leave with them at the end of your appointment. I highly recommend this place. read more
