I really enjoy coming to this office. The staff are usually super nice and bubbly. This office has multiple doctors. I personally have never been seen by Dr. Ragon, but Dr. Cooke is pretty good. He first determined the reasons for my neck and shoulder pain before applying treatment at my second visit. He explained how I could have surgery to remove a bone spur in my neck and gave me alternative treatment for a few sessions and I am pain-free (except when I swing my grandson around). I now make a monthly visit to keep my cervical area decompressed. After my latest appointment, I asked Dr. McMillen to suggest a decompression unit for my home use and he agreed to research some for me.
