He takes the time to talk to you, get to know your needs and tell you things to do at home that will help. He truly cares about all of his patients, and goes that extra mile to do anything he can to help. If your back or neck is too tight for a manipulation he will use an electric massager to loosen up your muscles, or stretch and massage it himself to loosen it. His front desk staff is just as friendly and accommodating and will work you in if you need it. I literally drive more than half an hour to go see him- I'm very picky about my chiropractors bit he fits the bill!

Matching your therapy needs to a precise well schooled seasoned physical therapist for those needs is one of your crucial and critical choices. I live across the street from Southwest General. Hospital and I could walk there, but I chose to go all the way out to Hinckley and get my therapy with Dr. Trish Strazar. It has been my experience at two other locations that any old physical therapist will do and thats just not true because every time both of those places changed my therapist for one reason or another that replacement didnt have a clue where I was -where we left off -what I was being seen for and how far along my therapy was. For this current session of physical therapy, it is extremely important for me to stay with the location in Hinckley and with Dr. Trish because she knows me, she remembers from week to week or appointment or appointment where we left off, what I need to do and what she needs to change/add/remove. For me any old physical therapist will not do because they're not all, "all that". Staying with the same therapist from start to finish makes sense and healing works better that way. I'm very happy with the Hinckley operation the front desk, the staff on the phone, the treatment I get and especially and specifically with Dr. Trish Strazar. She is actually watching everything I do, listening to all my feedback, correcting things each week changing things every week and I've seen some improvement as of today which I did not see with the other location in 2025. I was very disappointed and hurt by this visit. The doctors bedside manners were poor. He was very…read morerushed, spent no more than 2 minutes with me before handing me off to an unexperienced assistant for ten minutes on a tens unit. Then without any further diagnosis told me to lay down face down. I communicated my discomfort but it was ignored. I asked him to discuss the problem and strategy with me before making any adjustments, but he just started pushing me into positions anyway. The next two days my pain and stress increased dramatically and I was immobilized for a week until I could see a professional. To make things worse, he and half of his staff were not wearing masks, the nurses said "it's a personal choice" (despite it being the law in ohio) and "you don't want to talk about that here" quite dismissively. This poor experience, contrasted with the wonderful treatment and service I found elsewhere, proved to me that there is a wide spectrum of quality in chiropractic care, and to better vet people that claim to be doctors.

I was told acupuncture and inversion table and given the chiropractors name that worked wonders for my friend. I immediately got my "magic phone"/ smart phone to others and searched. I placed the call because of my schedule and theirs, they couldn't see me for a 4 days. I made appointment and went back to bed. Since I already was prescribed pain meds and steroids for my local doctor who told me when prescribed that he didn't believe in chiropractor care because he made a face when I answered his questions on my office visit. When I woke the next morning I said to myself it is b. s. that I have to be in this much pain for four more days.
