I'm sure the gals sensed my anxiety and they made it a very relaxing experience. Place was really clean and classy. Service was very casual and non-intimidating. I got the work done right before I attended a wedding with some friends in California and the compliments I received at the reception was a testament to the good job this med spa did. My recommendation? Don't go for the cheapest game in town. Lots of budget skin clinics out there. Invest in a quality, honest service , like the gals at Grace B and you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to anybody. I understand cancellation policies,…read moreand I am never one to flake on an appointment. However, I had a last-minute work trip come up and had to get some vaccines prior to my travel. When I called 24 hours prior to my appt (after Labor Day weekend) to check if it would be safe for me to still get Botox, I was advised that I should not get Botox within one week of the vaccines. I asked to reschedule my appointment and was advised that I would be charged $125 cancellation fee. I feel that not only is the fee exorbitant, given that I was trying to reschedule based on their advice, NOT cancel; and it is unclear that reschedules fall under the cancellation policy which reads: " Appointments must be cancelled 3 business days in advance. If you do not cancel within 3 business days, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are based on the service. If you need to reschedule, you can do so by phone. Email and social media messages are not acceptable." I even asked if I could get a different service done in lieu of Botox but was advised only the injector was working on the day of my appointment. I will not be back and cannot recommend this business to anyone else.

Really loved my time at Great Lakes health and wellness in Ohio city I went in for a chiropractic…read morecare. I really enjoyed the quality of the care. Dr. Dylan was very thorough. Everyone in the office was so nice and made me feel very welcome.

This is Great Lakes Health & Wellness new location in Ohio City which opened in the summer of 2021…read more Their original location is in Westlake and I've been to their Westlake location a couple of times. SERVICES -- They have acupuncture, back and neck chiropractic adjustments, massages, X-Ray imaging, etc. I visited this new location on 4 November 2021 for a Chiropractic back adjustment and then I came back on 9 November 2021 for a Deep Tissue Massage (full body) with Derek. Both services went great especially the massage because the massage was a whole full hour. Dr. Andy who does the chiropractic adjustments here is great. He doesn't pressure me to sign up for any packages and he listens to my concerns and questions about my back. INSURANCE -- The only problem that I have is that they don't have a good system to accept health insurance. Even if you have a health insurance plan, they will only accept it if the total cost of your chiropractic service is below (or above?) a certain dollar amount. Well, I suppose you can blame the insurance companies for this too. Example, if your insurance plan only covers a chiropractor visit that costs $70 and up, then you can't use your insurance plan at Great Lakes. PRICING -- Previously, a chiropractic adjustment was $45 but as of 2022, it is now $50 which is expensive because an adjustment takes less than 3 minutes. Prior to the adjustment; however, patients are asked to sit on the wobble chair to warm up their spine. I recommend Great Lakes Health and Wellness for your chiropractic needs. I visited this Ohio City location a few times in 2022 for adjustments and I want to start coming more often to maintain a healthy back spine. **** - 41/150 total reviews in 2022 - 519 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 4 April 2022

You can't give love if you don't have any for yourself. Everything starts with the relationship you have with yourself." -- Cassey Ho, Youtuber and Pilates instructor. I first found out about Reset Lounge through a complimentary massage thanks to Yelp Cleveland in February 2020. You can read my review from partnership with Yelp here -- https://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/elite-week-yelp-recharges-with-reset-lounge-chagrin-falls?hrid=wEgT_PVaIRPwODfMWwGkyg&utm_source=ishare&utm_content=review I visited Reset Lounge a 2nd time on Wednesday, 5 February 2020. I definitely needed to de-stress on this day after getting into a minor car accident earlier that morning. INSIDE -- The space is very warm and inviting just similar to a Spa. When you enter, you will be greeted by a staff member at the front desk. There are numerous chairs to sit at in the lobby. There is also a water/tea station right at the front as you enter. In addition, you can remove your shoes and jacket at the front entrance. There is also a back entrance as well because the front outside gets congested from parked cars. SERVICES/TREATMENTS -- If you enjoy fitness, then a small gym is available for use before or after a wellness service. Private personal trainers train clients inside this gym so you can book a personal training session. For services, they offer CRYOTHERAPY, INFRARED SAUNAS, SALT THERAPY, NUCALM NEUROSCIENCE THERAPY, MASSAGE & COMPRESSION CHAIRS, WHOLE BODY VIBRATION (a small machine located in the gym), and more new services coming in 2020. Thanks to Yelp and being a Yelp Elite member, I got to try 2 services for free -- the massage chair and the salt cabin. I highly recommend the massage chair because it is zero gravity meaning the chair reclines back plus it really deeply massages the lower and mid-body. The salt cabin treatment felt okay to me because I was just bored inside plus it was really cold in there. However, there are benefits to salt therapy including helping with skin problems, inflammation, and removing mucous from the lungs. SAUNA -- Benefits include relaxation and detoxification. They have 2 sauna rooms. In my most recent visit, I paid for a sauna treatment which is $20 for non-members or 1 credit for members. Basically, 1 credit equals $20. Now $20 may be too expensive for some people but taking care of your body shouldn't come as a price; rather, a reward. Before entering the sauna, a staff member asked if I wanted electrolyte infused water so I gladly accepted a cup. It's important to hydrate before, during, and after entering a sauna to replenish water lost through sweat. I enjoyed the infrared sauna and the heat (135F) didn't bother me. Infact, I wished it was hotter....haha. Before I walked in, a staff member asked me what program I wanted and I believe I choose "detoxification". See my attached photos for a description of their sauna programs. Once inside, I sat then laid down while glancing through a book. There is a remote inside that allows you to adjust the light. The different coloured light settings are supposed to help the body in many ways. After getting out of the sauna, there is a mini-fridge that has a eucalyptus infused towel for cooling off. It felt nice to wrap the small towel around my neck and pat it on my chest. I highly recommend the sauna and massage chair. Visit Reset Lounge today located in quaint Chagrin Falls. Customer service is also wonderful here. Your body will enjoy a "reset" after you come here. **** - 12/200 total reviews in 2020 - 388 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 8 February 2020
