She got back home at 1:30AM and went back to bed but was called in again at 2:30AM. I'm unsure what time she got back home. My complaint is not that people are on call but tell me how safe it is to be called in multiple times during the early morning hours. Not only is it extremely unsafe driving after only a few hours sleep but how good is the care for the patient. St. E Edgewood come up with a better system for your employees and your patients!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was pleased to discover that I could sort the choices not only by physician specialty but also by gender. Since I was accustomed to a female physician, I wanted to continue with one. After a few calls to practices who said they could not give me an appointment until they received a copy of my medical records, I called the Family Practice Center and asked if any of their physicians were accepting new patients. The staff member stated yes and provided a physician's name. I got an appointment within a week and the office mailed the paperwork to me so I could complete it in advance. I had no trouble locating the practice since a map was included with the paperwork. Imagine my surprise, however, when the physician was male! In my quest for a practice that was accepting patients, I failed to realize that although there were plenty of female physicians in this group, it was not a solely female practice. It worked out fine, however. The staff was pleasant as was the doctor and I felt valued as a patient.

Dr. V listened to all of my fears and my unique particulars, it's like she kept mental notes & almost addressed any of them without a prompt. I came to her when i was 22, with child and dealing with some severe mental health issues-and she sat with me and actively listened to what i needed & addressed each thing individually while ensuring the treatment plan wouldn't affect my pregnancy. 5 star Primary care and 5 star OBGYN, She delivered all 3 of my babies, i was so blessed to have had her as a caregiver. Unlike other physicians-she provided me with a direct line of communication, 24/7 day or night she responded to me every time. Anyone is lucky to be a patient of hers:)

I liked that I was able to book my appointment directly through the MyChart app. I also love that all my blood work/tests show directly through the app as well. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly. It was great that I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before arriving so I didn't have to do that while I waited. Sarah, my doctor's assistant is truly a rockstar human and was so much fun to talk to. I'm quite the anxious person, so it's always great to talk to someone who can put you to ease in a stressful environment. I'm feeling super grateful to have insurance and a primary care provider. If you haven't been to a doctor in awhile, go be proactive and look out for your health!

I went to christ hospital and they found something on my kidney they still wanted me to go through ny dr for refferals and my dr ignored me said it was not ok to get a second opinion. I had multiple issues for years and went to the ER and primary care physicians who coukdnt figure out what my issue was then after the pain got so bad I was finally sent for a CT scan and had lots of gallstones. Dr. Eldridge was the nicest and took great care of me. After having my gallbladder removed every symptom I had was gone. I literally feel like a new person. I almost feel 16 again. Thank You Dr for all you do. You have literally given me my life back.
