I had a great experience with Avery, my account manager. Ike, the technician was fantastic and came a few times last spring & summer (2024), even finding possible access points. But, after Ike and Avery left the company, the service when down. After several communications, with me having to explain so many times, it was determined they could "no longer" supply me with that "service"; there seems to be a lot of their good people leaving, and they are no longer able to provide good customer service. I canceled their service, even though the mice still find their way into the attic. Unfortunately, I can no longer rate this company as high as I would have last year. I hope they find their groove again and build their customer service to the previous high standards.

Long story short, they have charged me almost $900 for a service I never signed up for. I called them to get this credited back to me and they credited me $436. When I called again, they acted like this was my fault. How can you charge someone for a service that they did not sign up for! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.

When I asked my superior if the client's parent or Central Entry Point had been contacted I was not given a straight answer. It was a month before I saw any action (DHS investigation) and weeks later when they fired said overnight staff member who was suspected of this abuse.
