Called the national office, they pick up and talk to me, but for any of the actual work, communication needs to get back to local office. I requested multiple times for a callback from a manager to discuss warranty options, it's been a week and I just called back today. They said someone will be reaching out, we'll see if it actually happens. Initially, a rep said that I couldn't claim warranty because of natural causes, tree debris on the filter causing overflow -- isn't your product supposed to prevent overflow in the first place, having the rain get the debris to go over? A major part of their marketing materials was "never get on a ladder again". At this rate, I will have to clean them myself and that defeats the entire purpose of gutter guards. Edit: called back from manager, basically said there was nothing they could do. They are sending out 6 additional downspout extensions so I can return the ones I purchased, but not able to honor warranty. If your installers installed incorrectly CAUSING WATER IN THE BASEMENT, some compensation should be offered. Working in customer service, I would have at least offered a partial credit. Nothing.
