The young women who did the procedure was very professional, she drew the form according to my face then proceded to show me the form and asked for my approval prior to starting the process. She then asked about my preference for color. She wore gloves and showed me the new needle before starting the procedure. The whole process took 2 hours. She took her time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect. The Receptionist was very kind and professional. Its a small studio but there is a tv with music videos, comfortable seating and a fan.
