I wish I could give ZERO STARS!…read more This place is a SCAM! AVOID this place at all costs. Just a quick look at the property and it already looks condemned. Unfortunately they are the closest car wash to my house and my old Lexus was in dire need of some detailing. I paid $180 for an exterior detail to which the service attendant said that he could make my car look "50% better." I dropped the car off at 10 am and was told that it would take 3 hours. By 2:30 pm, I still had not received a call so I called them and asked when my car would be ready. The person who picked up was very hard to understand and just handed the phone to someone else who spoke better English. I was told "45 more minutes". When I arrived my car was sitting in a line of other cars that looked to be done. The exterior actually looks regular, with no noticeable changes to the paints presentation- I doubt they even buffed and polished the car. I know what my car looks like when it's clean since I do it myself 99% of the time. Inside, the vacuum job was terrible and the driver floor mat still had a lot of visible dust. No air freshener was used whatsoever. As terrible as this is, the worst was still yet to come. When I got in the car and turned it on, it made a HARD CLANKING noise at the turn of the ignition. I thought it was something else, another car on the property, since my car is in perfect mechanical shape, and ALWAYS super quiet. I went to the store to pick up a few things before heading home. When I got back in the car and started it again, the hard clanking sound happened again! I called my mechanic right away as I didn't want to risk taking the car home and have it not start later. I dropped my car off to my mechanic (on a Saturday, about 4 pm) they were already closed but lucky for me my mechanic sent one of his employees to go back to the shop and open up to receive my car. Btw shoutout to DV SMOGPROS in Walnut- these guys are honest and their reviews speak for themselves. I'm writing this on the uber home. What a DISASTER. I will be following this post up after I get a report from the mechanic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH AT ALL. Drive somewhere else, pay one of those guys that go to your house. Go to the drive thru car washes. Heck, wash it yourself if you have to on your driveway, just DONT GO HERE. These people are a SCAM and need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

Drove up to the kiosk where you get to choose what option yourself without an attendant. I chose the single wash Platinum VIP which was $16 -- not that cheap but pretty standard price. Got to the start of the tunnel where usually they prewash your car, although this time I had only 1 guy who just sprayed my car for a few seconds and sent me through the tunnel already. Finished the tunnel, but noticed at the end where the machine typically blow dries your car, my car came out soaking wet from all the windows. When I went to park to vacuum, I noticed the machine actually did not do a good job of drying most of my car. Luckily I had a microfiber towel in my trunk and in which I had to give it a good sweep. Side note, these vacuums were one of the strongest vacuums I've ever used in any drive through car wash. It was so strong I accidentally sucked up one of my USB cables straight from its port and couldnt retrieve it back. Might have been more of my fault though for not paying attention to where I was vacuuming. Be warned for your small and loose items. Overall, not the best drive through car washes I've been to. But also, it was a pretty quick in and out so I guess I can't really complain much.

When I first pulled up, I genuinely thought it was closed because there was absolutely nobody in the drying area and nobody by the vacuums. After about 20 seconds of me awkwardly sitting there questioning my life choices, a guy finally popped up to take down what service I wanted. I went with the deluxe wash which came out to almost $50, and honestly I'd get that same package again if I were to come back. Years ago I remember this place being packed, but today it was super slow. I'm guessing it's just how things are lately, but it definitely threw me off at first. Walking in was a whole little journey. You enter through this area with tons of car products everywhere, people sitting around outside, and you kind of have to weave your way through before you finally reach the cashier on the left. The lady working there was really sweet and friendly and tried setting me up with their membership where after 10 washes you get a free basic one. I signed up because why not, but realistically I probably won't be coming back that many times. They do have different packages and specials though, which is nice to keep in mind. I asked how long the wash would take and she said about 45 minutes, which sounded fair, but it ended up being closer to an hour. It didn't bother me personally, but if you're in a rush, just know the timing might run a little longer than expected. Now here's where things went downhill a bit. There is literally nowhere to sit inside. Everything is outside, and the waiting area is basically right on a super busy street with cars constantly pulling in and out. It was chaotic, loud, and not relaxing at all. On top of that, there's a random massage chair outside which felt very out of place like who is trying to get a massage while breathing in car exhaust and listening to traffic. Then the trash truck pulled up and started doing its loud reversing concert right next to us and I was like yep, this is my peaceful car wash moment. Even after it left, it was still nonstop noise. I really think adding some seating inside would make a huge difference, especially on hot days or windy days. When my car finally came out, it looked good overall, but I did notice that the lower black area under the car wasn't touched and still had dirt on it, which made me realize they might not hit every single surface. Nothing crazy, but just something to be aware of if you're super picky. For a regular wash, it was definitely decent. Price wise though, I can get a similar wash for about $40 in La Puente, so this one felt a little on the higher side for what you get. One last funny thing, when I tipped the guy he didn't say thank you, and when I paid with card the cashier asked if I wanted cash back in a way that almost felt like a tip hint. I didn't even realize it until after and thought, ohhhh okay I see how this works here. I had already seen some reviews mentioning that, so just be mindful of it. Overall, good wash, nice staff, but the chaotic waiting area, higher price, and small missed spots are what keep it at four stars for me. Not terrible at all, just not my new go to car wash either.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

Taking off one star, cause I'm not sure if it's a hand wash place and I would like my car to be a hand wash spot when getting it done professionally. It was around 40 bucks for a sedan. I visited yesterday with my new car, which hasn't been detailed for 10 months and did have a lot of dog hair. I was expecting the same quality of service and paid extra to have my sports mat liners power washed ($60-normally $70. I think it's called the deluxe service. I was disappointed. There were black markings on my front bumper and trunk. There were still a lot of dog fur in my trunk, stains on my console and dirt on the sport mat liners. When I mentioned it to the employee, he was very professional, cleaned the console and sport mat liner with shiner fluid. I was concerned, seeing him use the same cloth to wipe down my sport mat liner and my console. He explained dog hair is difficult to get out, which I understand, and that is exactly why I bring my car to the car wash and paid extra for the service. Louie came over to inquire what was going on. He was very professional and empathetic. He explained they were busy, but did tell the employee to take his time. They both ended up working on the car, along with Abdul, who I think is the owner. Abdul and Louie went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I noticed a difference on the interior but there was some black marks on the front of my car. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism but am not sure if I'll return. I was there maybe a little bit over an hour, but not over an hour and a half. I will bring cash to tip next time instead of having to do cashback. I thought I could leave tip when I was rung up. I don't know if it collects a fee for the business but I think the employees appreciate having the cash handed to them anyway. There are a few chairs outside and two tables and two more tables with chairs on the inside, waiting room with car, accessories, and drinks for sale.
