He asked our budget and my husband said $5K, I said 10k, but ideally less. He said it definitely would not be $10k. Second meeting, surprise, the quote was 10k. Plus, he said "I guarantee it will not match the existing white cabinetry" when I asked about their color matching ability. Needless to say, for $10k it damn well better be perfect. He lost our business right then and there. I heard they do high quality work for a complete kitchen reno which is why I called them but I would never consider them for an add on to existing cabinetry. Another negative...I found David Dilworth too unprofessionally snarky and arrogant towards me. Not exactly good business development behavior.

I will be recommending Matt Murphy and his team to all of my friends and family. I will also ONLY…read morebe going to them moving forward because of the following items that have completely blown me away. Please keep in mind that I don't often take time to write reviews but I jumped on here immediately because I thought more people need to hear and see their impeccable work and professionalism. Service Requested: I contacted Matt asking for information for detailing options for my Nissan. Right from the start he was helpful, informative, kind and accommodating when it came to scheduling. I was referred to Matt's company through a coworker whose car I had been in many times. When I saw the work they did with her detail I was so excited to get the same things done to my car. Their work made her SUV look BRAND NEW so I was excited to schedule an interior and exterior detailing for my own. Quality and Value: I knew my car needed a good cleaning but it wasn't until I saw the finished product after their work that I realized just HOW MUCH I really needed it! I have two dogs and with leather seats their fur and everyday car rides have have really marked up the back seats. Matt's team spent over an hour on the fur alone and made my seats looks as though I just drove it out of the lot for the first time. My husband and I were in awe and were so impressed with the team's attention and hard work when it came to really removing it all. I had crumbs in almost every part of the car you can imagine, especially the middle console and cushion lines in the front seats. Not only is every ounce of unwanted particles removed but it is now SHINING. Murph's Professional Services provides affordable interior and exterior car detailing for those of us that have been thinking of "possibly" getting our cars professionally cleaned but haven't pulled the plug yet- my advice to you is to PULL IT! You will not be sorry! Team Professionalism and Customer Service: The team member who worked so hard and long on my car was Jamie. I reached out immediately to Matt Murphy after Jamie was done because he deserves recognition for going above and beyond! Jamie, if you are reading this- thank you again for EVERYTHING you did! Your kindness was so appreciated and your ability to transform my car is mind blowing. We are so grateful for you and your accommodations for making this appt so easy and swift! This morning Jamie arrived around 9am and there was great communication right from the start. He was prepared with everything he needed and eventually gave me a sneak peek at the interior before he moved onto the outside- I'm sure even my neighbors could here me yell "You are a miracle worker!!!" He and I even discussed plans for a future appt where I can keep up with the dog fur and keep my Nissan looking brand new!! Thank you to Murph's Professional Services for giving me a new jump start on loving my car (erven more than when I first drove it out of the lot!) Your team is doing amazing things and you gained a life long customer (as well as MANY more, once I am done contacting everyone I know!) Thank you for going above and beyond and providing quality affordable car detailing that has topped any other detail I have gotten in the past.
