Although I did have an issue with a slightly bent chainsaw bar, they made it right! Their equipment is well maintained, and their service is great. I do not write reviews (This is my first) but felt like they go above and beyond expectations every time I rent a piece of their equipment. (and that has to be hard in their industry!) I appreciate having this resource close to me and the amount of equipment they offer for rental. I would recommend them to any do-it-yourselfer (ME) or professionals that demand well running equipment!

They are so experienced at knowing what matters to families at their time of need. This is the fourth funeral in the last 12 years they have served our family. Recently the service and burial for my Mother was held out of state. They coordinated everything including transportation, placing multiple obituaries, church service, working with the cemetery to ready the plot, and were physically with us every step of the way. Dealing with a death is unbearably stressful, and they handled all of the details so we could focus on other things that needed to be done. Beth Koepsell was our main go-to person from the Koepsell family, but everyone involved was professional, calming, and dependable. No detail was overlooked. They deserve the best rating. Every single appliance in my home right down to my DVD players has been purchased from this establishment. A few years back in Feb of 2015 I purchased a TV (plasma) for $699.00. We brought the tv home only to find out that what by sight ( plastic banding and taped close box) was actually a USED TV After opening the box we could only tell it was used because the plastic packaging that contained the batteries and remote had been opened and the batteries were in the remote. At which time I notified Silica that I was aware of this and they rectified the situation by adding the extended warranty at no cost to me (only because they sold me a USED TV as NEW! Flash forward to 2 weeks ago 4/17 today. The tv malfunctioned and we took it back, UNDER WARRANTY, to Silica TV to have it fixed or replaced, and on Saturday of this past week I spoke with Luke and was notified that the part to fix the tv was on its way and would arrive on Tuesday (yesterday)! Today we are told that the warranty company is not going to fix the tv and would be getting in contact with me in the next 2 days to discuss the PRORATED replacement money they will be providing. In a nutshell, I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! So angry right now.
