Well, time exposes the truth. I've been plagued w issues from his work. Constant delays on getting…read moreit fixed and then all the parts are left behind. The real kicker was getting him to do my drywell outback. He quoted 6k I paid him 4K and the whole thing failed. Tried to get him to fix it and he delayed and didn't return calls for months until winter set in. Then he called me demanding the 2k. I told him I had to hire someone else that I had to pay 5k to fix it. This guy calls you up late at night drunk, swears at you, calls you names and says you must be rich because you drive a foreign car. Avoid him at all costs. I had to block his number and email because of his attitude.

Instead we are left with a literal crumbling mess lasting barely longer than the construction. The last issue we had with this company was the receipts for things put. We requested the receipts so we could deal with any warranty issues that would arise and were told they wouldn't provide them. Robin told us instead that they would deal with any warranty issues and we feel that is unreasonable. We should have to go through an intermediary to deal with a warranty issue if we don't want to. It just seems like a strange way to approach it, to me. It makes me wonder if something is being hidden. I'm not saying they are, but it just makes me wonder. Our experience may not be typical of what you get from Robin Rutkowski and RR Consolidated, but I would advise you do your due diligence.
