One bite of this banh mi & you'll become impressed especially with their tiger bread they use - it's so good. Now their donuts are ones to try ! They're not only appealing and cute they also have different flavors with a special flavor they change on a regular basis. It's light and fluffy and not too sweet which makes you eat more. I love bakeries and this one I found at Algester is really nice. It may not have the biggest…read moreselection, but what they do have are quite good, well depending on what you get. The buns and bread are good, however, I found that the cakes like the 'Hedgehog' was a bit too dry for my liking. It could be that I constantly get the old batch, what a coincidence... dry again. I have had good luck with the 'Coconut Slice', it's always been yummy. The staff here are nice despite the language barrier which has proved to be a challenge. However, they are fast, efficient and make sure you leave with all the things you want. They make sure they repeat the items you chose before checkout, which I found helpful because I've had to correct them sometimes. It's a good little bakery conveniently located amongst the shopping area of Algester. Plenty of parking and easy to find, right next to a major supermarket.
