I have received some as gifts but had never visited the store itself until now. IMO this is a unique place in Sweden, or anywhere. There are two sewing machines right in the store, and everything is made in Sweden. The designs are delightful and the fabrics are workmanship are quality. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the prices! The dollar is strong right now and these items were much less than I thought they would be. I bought a computer case, a makeup case, some dish towels and other gifts. Don't miss Hilda Hilda when shopping in Stockholm!

This whole place had a lot of different local items that were so cute. Some items included: jewelry, kitchen gadgets, backpacks/wallets, notebooks, cards, soaps, stuffed animals and other kids items. I picked up a handful of smaller items that didn't seem unreasonably priced. The woman working at the counter was also super cool, and asked if I wanted to get my items tax free and explained the process for when I go home and showed me details of how to do it.

When I…read moreinitially contacted customer service to inquire about the situation they essentially told me to be patient. Another week went by with no word from the company so I emailed again. This time they told me not to harass them. Are you kidding me? Isn't that what customer service support is for? I have asked to be refunded for the shoes I never received but have still not heard word from the company. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Needless to say I will never order from this company again. They seem very shady.

The Mood location is usually empty and it's not a problem getting help to check out the shades that sit under lock and key... However the NK store... take a number.. and wait, wait, wait... especially around the holidays... More people should take a cue - and jump across the street to MOOD - where they have the same selection without the long line!!!
