With…read morethe introduction of the third dog who had not been trained, my pet household was turned upside down. Lots of unwelcome behavior started occurring which inhibited our ability to simply take walks together. By the grace of God, I found Karen online and I couldn't be happier. She uses only positive reinforcement for the dogs (and the owner as well). She is more than willing to help & answer questions, meet out at a local park for practice and more. I tend to be an anxious person, but Karen's calm demeanor helped me immensely. She has a great personality and often made me laugh through my worries. My dog's behavior has improved tremendously, which has helped to bring peace & calm into our lives & increased our happiness. I can't express how grateful I am for Aunt Karen!

I balled my eyes out after getting off the phone with her. Other than that the actual people who helped my babies were absolutely amazing and wonderful towards me and came with no rudeness whatsoever when I had questions to ask!.... so thank you to the vet team that works in the back for helping my pets get better! but no thank you to the receptionist Michelle, you made my day so much harder after getting off the phone with you and I see now you act the same way a month later because my roommate WHO NEVER SAYS ANYTHING!!! said you were so rude and that also you don't "sigh" to customers on the phone.
