I was not participating in any activities, so I didn't purchase a wristband for myself. Despite explaining this, staff told me I needed to pay or leave. Being asked to leave while trying to supervise a child with special needs felt really discouraging. I told staff she has autism and needs to be supervised, and they repeated that I need a wristband and asked me to leave. I encourage Off The Wall to consider accommodations for disabilities. I filed a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of US Department of Justice about my visit around 11am on March 29, 2026. Families with disabled children who need close supervision should be aware of this policy before visiting. We won't be back.

It would be awesome if they had even more picnic benches or even added more play structures. The park itself is pretty small. It is never super crowded when I go because it's kind of tucked away, but if there are more than a dozen kids it feels a little chaotic. Always clean though! Plenty of street parking is available.
