Wow. I stumbled upon The Vibrance Center when I was in South Bend for the week and hunting for some yoga. I discovered that they offer Reiki sessions, a practice I recently fell in love with and am eager to explore further. Then I saw that they're offering FREE Reiki appointments for the SB150! I emailed Colleen to inquire, who promptly got back to me and confirmed that, yes, this is in fact true and that she would be happy to see me before I left town. She was even willing to meet at 7AM which was the only time that worked for both of us. Colleen is an enlightened soul and truly gifted at her work. From the moment we met, our souls felt like old friends. I left the session feeling more centered and open than I have in quite a while. Vibrance is only a couple years old and is such a gift to the community. They offer nearly everything you could possibly need for your spiritual and physical health. At this point, Colleen has assembled an amazing team of people and her vision for what this place has to offer has taken shape. I hope word gets out and that they continue to grow! read more

Everyone has stress that they need to understand, and Colleen (at The Vibrance Center) helped do that for me in the first session. She is very helpful and good at what she does. It is easy to tell that she loves and believes in her service helping people. Like any service of this kind, more than one session is necessary to learn about and manage the life events that cause stress in your life. Session by session appointments are always available, but she has packages for you to choose from and discounts are offered. Even after the first appointment you will wonder why you didn't try this before... she will make a believer out of you that her system of Reiki is effective! read more

I saw Kristen for my severe anxiety and some chronic pain. I laid down for my 30 minute session and immediately felt at ease. She was extremely friendly and sweet and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and my issues. My anxiety since, and my whole attitude/outlook on life has changed.This is the best my anxiety has been in 6 years, and while my chronic back pain is still there, the first few days afterwards It was drastically reduced and less tense. I would definitely recommend everyone go at least once. read more

Stumbled upon the Vibrance Center on Google almost a year ago. Boy, am I glad I did! I have since taken the Reiki 1 and 2 as well as the Master Reiki Teacher class. Reiki has done wonders for my health, both physically and mentally. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. read more

I like to say I am a "Becoming" coach because I often guide my clients to reinvent themselves as nonsmokers, nondrinkers, or emotionally sound people. Coaches guide clients to their future versus attempting to remedy a past. Have you thought about who you would like to become? Along with coaching, I offer a stress-melting energy therapy known to many as Reiki and am a Holy Fire®III Karuna Reiki Master. I took both Advanced Reiki Techniques/Reiki Master Teacher and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Teacher training with Michael Baird and Laurelle Gaia, who are licensed through the International Center for Reiki Training. I expanded my health sciences and metaphysics education, earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Purdue University, and expect to earn my PhD in Mind-Body Medicine in 2027. Sessions may include scanning and reading your energy field to help identify the cause of your stress and better manage it. After sessions, my clients report feeling lighter, fully rested, and much less stressed. Please call me with your questions, as I love answering them. Certification as an Energy Therapist/Reiki Master is available with online studies and in-person training. The courses can be taken virtually. Visit our website to learn about the training program. History

Established in 2012.

I began receiving Reiki as a hopeful remedy for my high anxiety and stress levels in 2010. Since then, I have received two advanced Holy Fire®III Reiki training in Sedona, Arizona, and one in Louisville, KY. I have taken over 55 credit hours in Health Sciences at Indiana University South Bend and studied the work of the greats in energy channels (meridians), energy centers (Chakras), how they interact with our bodies, and influence our emotional and physical health. I finished my Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Purdue University in April 2019. I developed courses in emotional resilience, holistic modalities, and holistic developmental stages and taught them at the Vet Center of South Bend, at a community college, and at a halfway house in South Bend. My practice has evolved to Mind Body Holistic Health Group, LLC and I see clients in Granger now at the Chiropractic office of Align to Health.

I have experienced and learned to navigate my own emotional trauma, having sons with addictions, a volatile marriage, and an 'intense' childhood through energy therapy. Now people say I radiate peace and calm. I have an abundance of love in my heart, in my life, and I enjoy life to the fullest. My entire family has also made large leaps in healing. You would never guess that we had been through so much trauma. I have seen wonderful turnarounds with my clients. I created two powerful courses called Restoration for the Soul and Re-Creation for the Soul to help you walk through your Holistic Stages of Development.
