I Only have Awesome things to say about Keep Austin Well!!…read more I have chronic lower back pain and have tried a few different CBD creams from various places. But this cream he recommended worked incredibly FAST! Over the holidays it struck, so I called Keep Austin Well and got the owner. (Super nice guy). He was kind enough to meet me on New Years Day and recommended a CBD cream that worked wonders for my back!! I have tried OTC pain relievers, Essential Oils, Salt Baths, and other CBD creams, you name it. Social CBD Muscle Rub is the ONLY thing that has loosened up the muscles in my back and released the pain completely within an hour. I was able to go back to work the same day. You do not need a lot. I just rubbed a small amount into the muscle. Within an hour or so the pain totally subsided and I could bend and move normally .  It last for a while too. I woke up with no lower back pain and didn't need to reapply until the evening. If you have chronic muscle or tendon pain, I suggest you pick some up...Social CBD Muscle Rub! It's unbelievable how well it works. Don't knock it till you try it!!

Keep Austin Well is a great little boutique wellness store, inside of BFree Yoga studio. These…read moresmall, independent, owner-operated businesses are what Austin is about! They have hand selected CBD creams, tinctures and other wellness solutions to relieve: pain, anxiety, insomnia, neck tension, digestive issues, and many other modern day body & mind problems that can creep up on you. The best part of the business are Steve and Todd the owners. They encourage you to sample the products before purchasing and see the affects for yourself. They offer their time and compassion as they listen to what ails you. My favorite CBD products are: the CBD flower, the Ricky Williams topical salve for muscle aches, the Ojai drops that you put under your tongue for anxiety and sleep, as well as the Select CBD muscle cream. Give yourself a great afternoon, and go by this store- talk to the owners, sample some CBD then go to a yoga class at Bfree, and notice the affects of the CBD relaxing your body and mind and enhancing your yoga practice.
