The prices can be a bit expensive compared to your traditional gym but the workouts are all laid out for you so it's like having a personal trainer as well. They also have a body scan machine so you can see how much muscle mass vs. fat you have and work towards changing body composition. Really love Susie, Kim, and all the trainers here. The people who workout here are also really friendly and inviting. Highly recommend trying a free trial as they do offer one week free and see if you like it first. The trainers can help modify exercises for you if you have an injury or just simply unable to do some of the moves so it's great for all fitness levels.

You have access to normal things like spin and barre, and then fun weird things like surfing, aerial yoga, pole classes, trampoline fitness... I've been a member for almost a year and I'm constantly impressed with the new additions to the schedule. I highly recommend giving it a try (which is easy, since they have a free trial period)!
